Follow up after care is awful.
Ordered 2 glasses and 1 was ok but the other was blurry.
They blamed the prescription but as stated the other glasses were fine. They also wanted an extra £40 to fix the problem.

I love my lensmart glasses. I had two screws missing and they replaced the glasses immediately. I have tried other places online but nothing like the quality of lensmart. The customer service was excellent. The price is excellent

Customer service was really great
Customer service was really great. I had used an old prescription and they were really accommodating and helped me change my order with the correct prescription. I truly appreciated their help and was not like other companies who would have said "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do about it". It was my mistake and yet, they were very patient with me and made things right. Can't wait for my pair of glasses to arrive!
