Completely unreliable
Horrible experience with LensExpress. Ordered contact lens solution weeks ago and still haven't received it (or any updates on the status of the order for that matter). Was not notified upfront that delivery would be delayed.
Obviously, when one orders contact lens solution, they need it within a reasonable timeframe, as one usually doesn't hoard bottles in reserve. Company should be renamed "Lens We Take Your Money Immediately But Maybe Deliver Product Sometime In The Future".
Edit: In relation to the response by LensExpress - it is not true that I was sent an email informing me about the delay and offering the option to cancel the order. The only email that I received after the confirmation of the order was for the trustpilot.
It is, however, true that after I reached out LensExpress agreed to cancel the order and promised to return the money in the upcoming days.

I ordered my lenses more than 2 weeks…
I ordered my lenses more than 2 weeks ago and haven't received it. The website says you receive it within 48 hours. No e-mail received...
I called them today and they said they will send it today.
Maybe they forgot about me?
Would really like to give them the benefit of the doubt as they seem like a good company.
