I contacted your company you sent me a package to send my glasses to your company. Then you contacted me with a price which was a great offer then within 10 days my glasses were returned to me and you did a fantastic job of replacing my lenses. I'm very happy with my new glasses

Not a great experience I’m afraid
Not a great experience I’m afraid.
My frames were returned to me scratched. I sent them back to Lenses in Glasses for them to inspect the damage on their request. First, they tried to say the frames may have been scratched before I sent them (they weren’t), then tried to say scratching was a known issue with those frames (their evidence for this was a low quality image from the internet of a DIFFERENT model; it was not possible to conclude they were scratched from the image; they weren’t the same model of frame; assuming they weren’t 2nd hand, why on earth would a vendor advertise with damaged goods?)
I offered them a fair and reasonable way to resolve the issue (twice), which they ignored. However, I agreed to let their lab touch up the frames. I’m not sure if the lab were being serious or not, but they seemed to think colouring in the scratches with black colouring was a good idea – the frames are BLUE! The scratches are still visible, only now they have a black outline. How anyone thought this was a good resolution is beyond me. To me, this, paired with the the initial scratches, shows a lack of care and a complete lack of quality control.
Getting a refund was easy enough. However, I’m now left with a pair of scratched, partially coloured in frames. The website states “Reglazing a frame does carry a small risk of damage, for this reason we cannot accept any responsibility for breakages. Don’t worry, if we have doubts we will advise you immediately.” Evidently, they also don’t accept responsibility for dodgy touch up jobs either. At no point was I informed that the frames had been scratched or about the quality of the touch up; I can only assume Lenses in Glasses hoped I wouldn’t notice or that they thought this work was acceptable. I did request for someone in the lab to comment on the touch up and scratches before the frames were returned, but they were returned without comment.
I often feel that the sign a good company is how they resolve issues when they inevitably arise. Unfortunately, Lenses in Glasses have failed miserably in this case.

Attention to detail is lacking.
I only chose this lot as they send out a box and a label for posting your glasses to them. I won't be using them again.
The method of presenting your options is archaic, it appears to be line items copy and pasted from a price list, and then provided in a poorly formatted e-mail.
They at least respond quickly, but that may be the cause of my next issue. If I hadn't double-checked what I was being quoted, I'd have paid almost £200 for the WRONG lenses.
I eventually ordered, and paid for a nose-pad refresh as part of the order. Which, comparing against my pre-posting photos, I'm about 95% certain hasn't happened.
About the only positive things I can say are they're reasonably priced and quick. My order was cheaper than using my optician's service, and arrived in less than half the quoted timeframe.

We're also sorry to hear that you don't like the way we send you your options and quotes to you but our advisors are here to help you make an informed decision and advise you of the most appropriate option for you, so I'm pleased to see that they responded quickly to any of your queries.
I have looked into your comments and I can see that at no point were you sent options that would have cost you £200 but you did also ask for the price of Zeiss lenses which you were promptly sent options and quotes for but these were for Stock Clearview lenses and not Smartlife lenses which you asked for and I will look into this further with the team.
However I am pleased that you are happy with the cost of the lenses from own brand lens options you chose and that the service was quick and of lower cost than your optician.
Please email me and I will refund the cost of your nose pads or arrange to have these fitted onto your frame if you wish to return the glasses.
