Very impressed with the product but the service and communication from Lensbuild was very poor.

It took over a month to receive my frames back and I found company never contacted me about the delay. If I hadn't chased Lensbuild several times, I'm not sure I would have received my glasses back.

It's a great concept but customer service needs a lot of work. At present, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Would have been five star but had to finish off setting the lens into frame, slightly sloppy finish, lens excellent.

Lensbuild were brilliant to order from, the website and ordering process was extremely user friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service from start to finish and far better value compared to any of the high street opticians. I will definitely be using Lensbuild again.

Great service, great lenses. Got it with bluelights and helped with headaches.

Sent in my order 01/09 and selected send prescription later. Heard nothing for two weeks then was asked to send in my script after I made contact with support. They said customers don't normally select that option and that's why they totally missed it, teething problems they said.

Today the 29/09 while looking for an uodate on my order I was told they can't do varifocal lenses without taking measurements from a current pair of glasses.

Absolute waste of time. Had they said that on their advert or Web page that that was the case I could have used a more experienced company.

I received the delivery box for my glasses the next day! I posted the intended glasses and when it was returned it was beautifully packaged with my original lenses separated. You could see that they took care of my order. Very happy with my purchase! I have been recommending them to everyone! Thank you again!

Great service but note that this service takes longer than the 10 days stated on the website. It took 14 days for my glasses to be returned. I posted them on the 4th and they arrived back on the 28th with new lenses. So expect it to take a few weeks.

Great service. Really pleased with the results and turnaround time. Nicely packed on return too.

Excellent Service

Great product very simple process. My lenses had a lot of scratches as I wear them everyday. Due to the scratches a glare had developed. Simply sent off in the box provided and received back as good as new. They were able to replace the lens without knowing the prescription which made it a lot simpler for me. Brilliant.

Received my glasses today and I'm extremely happy with the result. Would recommend using this company other than going through your opticians as it's so much cheaper. Took around 3 weeks to have my glasses returned with the prescription, and Dan was great in keeping me updated with the process of my order.

Would definitely use this service again if my prescription changes in the future.
