I would like to warn anyone who is waiting to see this doctor. I had a very negative experience from consultation with Lene Hedelun. I noticed that the doctor is quite unfriendly, treats patients with prejudice and shows disdain. I cannot judge competence, but ... it seems that her private practice is not organized properly and her previous experience teaching students is not relevant to the actual practical care of patients.
I waited quite a long time for my appointment, and as a result, the doctor did not have any information about what I came with, but was so busy that she did not cross the threshold of the office to examine me, which is not acceptable for a skin specialist. She didn't help me with anything at the appointment, but then spent a long time researching my medication orders so she could write a note to my GP. I have never written reviews, especially negative ones, but I think this is not the way to treat patients.
