I filled out the application…
I filled out the application incorrectly, because, in passing, I didn't know or bother to understand what Lendo is for. I called customer service and a guy treated me like I'm enfeeble, and that he won't remove incorrect applications, because since I didn't get any offers on it, it won't make a difference, pitying me and talking like I'm beneath him. My application was for 10 000 for 3 years, which I don't even know how I typed such ridiculous numbers, so OBVIOUSLY I wouldn't get any offers on it. I went to old fashioned style, called banks I was interested in, by exhaustive internet research and comparing, and got satisfactory offers from every other one of them.
Thanks for humiliating me by Lendo Kundeservice for simply trying to gather information. Great service 😑
