After experiencing liquidity issues and difficulty receiving payments with Lendermarket in the past, I'm pleased to say that the platform has significantly improved. I have since recovered and safely withdrawn all my invested funds, gaining confidence in the platform once again. I will keep all interests and gains reinvested, showing my commitment to the platform. If things continue to go well and my confidence remains high, I may consider investing more in the future. Kudos to Lendermarket for addressing the issues and providing a better experience for investors.

Was using it since 2023. and haven't received a cent back from them and doesn't seem like I will.

I turned off all AI portfolio strategies very long time ago but somehow they decided to turn them on without my consent and I have no access to information when and how they did it. This information doesn't appear in the interface.

Neither can I see any history of active and finished investments. It shows that I have 0 investments made and 0 active. All I see is that my money is somewhere invested and is more than 31 days late and I cant get it back.

Support is totally useless. They don't reply directly to my questions or even ignore them. Trying to communicate with them for almost a month but haven't got any solutions. Only links to useless articles .

I have been using Lendermarket for more than 3 years now. Really happy to share that recently they started paying back the delayed payments and have honered their obligations with paying extra intrest rate.

It's a scam! I've been waiting for pending payments for over a year and my money is not gonna see my bank account for sure as they postopone the payments 6 times... It's a total scam, run by clowns...Don't lose money. I've lost over 6k euros in this baloon.

I only started investing with Lendermarket a few weeks ago so at the moment I have mixed feelings about this platform. On the + side, the signing up process is very easy, I added funds and withdrew them very quickly and easily from my bank account. On the - side, all my loans are either on "pending" payments (even if their status is "paid" so I'm wondering if Lendermarket is keeping the money that the loans originators pay?) or overdue... I only invested 400€ at the moment and will wait until "real money" reaches my account before investing more with them ...

I'm investing with them since the late 2019. Quick deposits and withdrawals, nice interest rates (depending on the season) and no headaches at all.

The only thing to have in mind is that loans can be extended up to 6 months, and 2 months more of buyback guarantee (creditstar originators are using this benefit "too much" currently). Anyway, if you don't mind having the money blocked more than expected, they meet the expectations, with principal amount, interest and delayed interest being always paid.

Use this platform to hold the money you don't need in the short term. It pays off.

UPDATE (jan-2024): Pending payments are around 10% of my portfolio (more than 2500€ pending) and keep increasing. Loan originators are not returning a single cent and trust on Creditstar starts to fade away. I stopped the autoinvestor, and if there are no results in a few months, I'll start withdrawing everything when possible.

UPDATE (march-2024): 12k out of 27k are in pending status. Since january, they returned small amounts (~120€), but far from what they should have been. As I cannot withdraw, nor reinvest, I'm still unsure of my next steps.

There is an improvement on the pending payments. I have received in last 10 days 2 small payments to my account. Also today I have received a pending payments scheduled plan for April with amounts and exact dates.

My pending payments recovered to Available balance in April. In addition, quick answers and explanations from customer service by email. Keep going in May same way!

I have been investing for over two years and the last few months have been very difficult. Money stuck in pending payments for weeks as mentioned by others. For that reason I cannot give a 5, BUT... there are signs of a recovery and some funds are coming back to investors. The latest CEO seems to be making a difference. Let's hope this continues!

After contacting you, I received a response from you the very next day (less than 24 hours later).

With this first aspect I notice that the customer support service has improved, my rating increasing when I immediately receive the information that the amount in question will be paid, without causing me any indifference, in installments within 1 month.
I hope that the customer service continues like this, but also that, in return, the percentage of money pending for many weeks will decrease.
I hope to continue your market for a long time, I hope so.

The platform started well for me when I started investing 2 years ago. However, they started experiencing pending payments and we didn't receive any payments back for months. Recently, there's an improvement in the payments. We are getting paid small amounts continuously. However, it still needs to improve as the payments are still small compared to pending amount. We hope to see bigger improvements in the payments.

Money is stuck in pending payments for more than half a year and no sight of it being released. Meanwhile Lendermarket is bragging about "upgraded platform" and having short withdrawal timeframes, which is ironic and insulting to the clients.

Buyback Guarantee is not being applied at all. You should think like they don't have it.

I was just emailed the plan to release some of my pending payments, which is 3% of my total money on the platform. Again, I feel like they are mocking me.

There are months and months of pending payment being stuck without any progress. No updates or explanations are given to investors whatsoever. Moreover, they keep bombarding us with offers to invest more.

The platform has got some difficulties lately in a form of Pending Payments, but now it is seeming that the trend will change. I am expecting positive future. When the loan originators can pay their debts in time and there won`t exist remarkable pending payments, then this platform will be very attractive.

Fast response regarding my pending payments.

They have had a bad period in which blocked repayments. But now they are returning to a normal situation, are slowly repaying again with all interest and also give to investors a schedule of next repayments. I want to highlight that they are repaying an high rate on repayments blocked, so, at the end, the investor has had to wait, but is having a good gain.

I have more than 3000 € in pending payments for since march 2023.
So, i have one year asking for my money, but i just recieve bulshit conversation.
very bad idea to invest here, is very dangerus
