This was our first time working with Yair and his team at Lendai. They were referred by a developer friend with more extensive experience with them.
Lendai navigated the intricacies of a local developer, a foreign investor, underwriting, a lender, insurance agents and the list goes on in order to see this through.
They instantly became a one stop shop and they were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects from initial application to our closing last week.

Great company. I wanted to purchase three investment properties and Lendai was able to find a lender with good rates for the type of loan I was getting. Also, all three properties were already finished, so I needed the loans to close within 30 days, and they were able to get them all done on time. Very efficient, very responsive. I look forward to working with Lendai for my next investment property.

Michal is AMAZING!
Ever since our first meeting I could tell she knows the business very well! She helped us through a cash out refi on and investment property and was able to overcome every hurdle quickly and professionally (and there were a lot). The process is quick and easy and is mostly done online, so I could easily understand what details and documents should be provided, track the process, and sign the terms with an online notary.
The terms and fees are clear, and the conditions are among the best I found for foreigners.
I was supper happy with the service I got along the way, with a dedicated account manager that answers questions and helps to facilitate everything.
