Was a bit apprehensive about ordering a tree to be shipped. But my Meyer Lemon Tree arrived in perfect condition. Not.a leaf fell or was damaged during shipping. I am maybe even enjoying it more because I live in Wisconsin. Looking forward to having a tree inside in my new apartment.

I ordered 2 lemon trees, they arrived with the fruit no longer on branches. The first one I thought was my fault for not opening carefully so I did not contact customer service. The second arrived the same way and as I had opened extremely carefully, I knew that it wasn't my fault. The second tree arrived with damaged branches that looked like had been folded down to fit in box. I contacted customer service and they said that they do not guarantee fruit on the tree, and wanted pics of broken branches which I sent. They said they needed more after I sent at least 3 pics so decided wasn't worth the hassle and just kept trees and trimmed back hoping for the best.
However the trees were nice looking, but I recommend better packaging.

3 to 4 ft tree was 47 inches tall packed very good have had it 3 1/2 weeks and now has very many blooms very good experience with lemoncitrustree , would recommend them.

I would have given 5 stars but the pot came broken and most of the dirt was out of the pot. The lemon tree dirt was inside the bag around the pot. And I lost many top branches due to damage and being broken during shipment. I don't believe Lemon Citrus Tree did anything wrong it was UPS the box was set upside down on my front doorway. UPS is not plant friendly... I contacted support a few days after the tree arrived and I had already thrown away the broken branches and forgot to take photos. So I couldn't help with filing a claim against UPS. The plant is doing great and I need to find another pot for the plant. I have a big pot that it sits inside but I need to replace the pot that it came in. I really love this plant and hope to see some lemons soon.

I have always wanted to try growing citrus trees. Trees arrived looking beautiful and healthy with excellent directions. They are thriving.

The plant is very good and strong, healthy and insect free until now. Beautiful.

Very healthy trees and i am very happy. They have been growing many newer leaves since their arrival in northern climate. Can not wait to eat their fruit some day in the future.

In my opinion you can tell how good a company from the way they solve customers' issues. I had an issue with my order and let Lemon Citrus Tree know about it. They agreed with my assessment and went above and beyond to solve my problem. I really like the product I received from them and ultimately it was of very high quality - much better than anything I could buy from a box store.

Love my little Nagami Kumquat tree. It already has a little fruit on it. Arrived carefully packed and intact.

Bought a Meyer Lemon tree 3 years ago and it has produced beautiful lemons every year just in time for Thanksgiving. Just bought this year (2019) a Key Lime tree and Olive tree. All three arrived in great condition. Customer service was fantastic. BTW: I live in NJ and bring all three potted trees in for the winter. Cannot recommend enough!

I had ordered this for a Father's Day gift a couple of weeks ahead of time. Later on I discovered they only ship once a month which was past the date it needed to be received. If it says somewhere that this was the case when you place the order, I sure didn't see it. They need to be more up front with the ordering and shipping aspect. I ended up canceling and having to do a last minute gift which again did not show up on time.
