Beautiful young tree. Quick, easy service.

The customer service was stellar. I had several questions, all were answered with no hint of impatience. The representative was warm and knowledgeable.

The lemon tree looked healthy but the packaging for delivery was terrible. The tree had a few broken branches and the pot it was in was smashed.

Wonderfully pleased with gorgeous tree! I was hesitant to order a tree by mail, worries about how it could be packaged well and what I would actually receive. I was thrilled to find a healthy full tree packed securely. Only a few leaves a bit bent from the box, but perked right up in a day of sunlight. I would not hesitate to invest again, especially with the 3 year guarantee.

Was initially sent a sick tree. Fast customer support had a replacement tree out on the next mailing cycle. Have bought from them before, and would quite willingly do so again. Great company to buy from.

I think it took too long to deliver and would like to know if the receiver signed for the package as acknowledgement that they personally received it.

I got my order quickly. The two trees I purchased (dwarf mulberry and sweet lime) arrived in great shape. I have them planted now and the mulberry is fruiting currently. Both are showing good new growth as well.

The Meyer Lemon tree is beautiful and still growing strong. I've had to be watchful due the the heat out here, yet the tree is still growing. Thanks so much for the great product and service.

I thought I purchased a 1-2ft tree? It came about 4ft tall from the top of the soil. Description not clear at all, not sure if this tree will even work for my garden space.

The lemon plant looks good. It's about 30 inches high. I've had it for about two weeks, so it hasn't grown much.

I just wish it wasn't so pricey.
