Quick responses and actively contributed in ideas
It concerned an order from outside Sweden for delivery in Sweden and communication was in English, which was helpful for me as I only speak a little Swedish. Had a very pleasant contact with Lekute.se! They responded very quickly to emails and actively contributed ideas. After a product turned out to be sold out, this was also communicated in a pleasant way. Of course we were disappointed for a while, but mistakes can be made and Lekute.se also actively contributed to the solution. Even regarding the delivery, DHL was called to check whether the day of delivery was correct and this was passed on to us. All in all; a happy customer! Now just wait until the snow is gone, then we can jump on the trampoline! :)

I ordered a Berg studsmatta and a ladder. Later, I got a call from them saying that I ordered the wrong size ladder and if I would like to change it. For me that is customer service, saving me time and effort, plus I ordered it on a Friday and got it on Monday. Well done.

The box the football goal came in is very beaten up, with rips and dents throughout. As this is a present, we will not be opening it until the 30th of June on his birthday, but i hope there is no damage to the goal!
