The company was very quick in responding. Had a logical approach to detect what happened. Explained to me and the bank everything very well. I got the reports quickly so that i could expedite the problem and get approval from the bank.
Inspection was made on time (paid on the spot) and the report should have been made 2 or 3 workdays after the inspection. After 16 days I still do not have the report. He has been avoiding phone calls and not replying to emails. Very unprofessional and non responsive. Avoid this service or loose 500 EUR!
