Incoming €410 Transfer Not Properly Credited – Very Poor Transparency

I received a legitimate bank transfer of €410 from a known sender on 15 June 2026. However, my current Lekka balance only shows €337.58 €.
Despite several Canva transactions that do not explain the big difference, the full amount has still not been reflected in my account. Additionally, an outgoing transfer of €15 that I made on 06 January 2026 remains stuck in “Processing” for days with no update.
I have contacted support multiple times with screenshots but have not received a clear explanation or resolution.
Lekka needs to improve their transaction processing, provide accurate balances, and offer much faster customer support. I expect the full €410 to be credited immediately and my pending transfer to be completed without further delay.

Lekka's improper services!

I WAS VERIFIED USER OF MYPOCKET initially(BEFORE LEKKA LAUNCEHED THEY USED THE BRAND NAME AS MYPOCKET) WITH MY RESIDENTIAL VISA IN GREECE.AT THE MOMENT, I DID UTILISE THE SERVICEs OF MYPOCKET from France.They verified THE French IBAN account & provided the card and money transfer SERVICES TO ME.Then all of sudden Mypocket has been suspended and it terminated their services for a while,Then after sometime Mypocket evolved as LEKKA in order to continue to offer financial services. On the 11th of August 2025, I did apply for LEKKA financial company for verification. The application process has been painful and troublesome.Finanlly They rejected on the grounds that I was stayin in Greece with residential visa,They required the residence permit,Which was totally baseless: I lived in Greece..I was in Schengen area.I stayed in Greece with my tourist/residential visa, I had TAX number in Greece!! ,I have e-residence card in Estonia, sometimes I stayed in Estonia with my schengen visa..I have legitimate five bank accounts in Greece(Schengen Area).I have 20 bank accounts in all over Europe(Schengen area:Germany,France,Lithuania, Estonia,Malta,Holland,Spain,Bulgaria,Belgium,UK,).I have been doing a lot of daily transactions between my accounts and using all those Schengen area financial institutions since 2018 with my tourist visa.Why do I have to have residence permit for what ? just to be able to use Lekka’s services? For what? I already used the previous company service(formerly known as myppocket) with my tourist visa for few years until it was terminated..now they EVOLVED as lekka then started to require RESIDENCE PERMIT which has no base at all for my case., then maybe,they might close their e-wallet suddenly again one day as they did with MYPPOCKET..and now they started to ask for residence permit for what? i don’t really care@@ i don’t need it...i already have much better options:ther financial institutions. They were the one who invited me to sign up for their services..They should be thank to me that I did choose their services again to apply .i didn’t need to do that because I already had so good services with better polices from others!!!!and The others didn’t require the residence permit.This is the reality!!!I WILL NEVER GET RESIDENCE PERMIT AT ALL..IT DDOESNT APPLY OFR MY CASE SCHENGEN AREA, MY STAY IN SCHENGEN AREA CAN NOT BE CONNECTED WITH RESIDENCE PERMIT at ALL..NO LOGIC BEHIND REASON TO FORCE THE CUSTOMERS TO GET RESIDENCE PERMIT ..NO WAY..NO CONNECTION!!!.. I WILL NEVER EVER APPLY FOR IT ,BECAUSE I DON’T STAY IN SCHENGEN AREA MORE THAN 180 DAYS A YEAR..IF I STAY MORE THAN 180 DAYS A YEAR THEN I NEED RESIDENCE PERMIT@@.I never argue about such preposition;Regulatory compliance is not subject to interpretation:They don’t understand this at all..For customer’s understanding and language,there is “customer-oriented” versus “strict” way of following the law. I never argued if The rules are defined by regulators or not, I never argued about what is the lekka’s responsibility is about.. I never argue that they apply the rules consistently and without exception or NOT..ALL OTHER BANKS AND E-WALLETS I MENTIONED, DO FOLLOW THOSE RULES DEFINED BY REGULATORS AND THEIR ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY IS TO APPLY THOSE RULES CONSISTENTLY WITHOUT EXCEPTION,THEY ARE REGULATED BY FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITIES STRICTLY..NO EXCEPTION AT ALL ..i do agree with this..THEY SHOULD NOT FORGET THAT WE ARE CUSTOMERS, THEY EARN MONEY FROM US..IF WE DON’T OPT FOR THEIR COMPANY ,THEN THEY DON’T HAVE CUSTOMERS. IF THEY DON’T HAVE CUSTOMERS THEY CAN NOT GET INCOME/PROFIT THEY CAN NOT PAY THE SALARIES THEN WILL HAVE TO CLOSE LEKKA LIKE THE WAY THE [REVIOUS MYPOCKET EWALLET HAS BEEN CLOSED] ALL OF SUDDEN!!!..OR YJEY CAN DECIDE THEN TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!...
ON THE CONTRARY,LETS SAY IF I HAVE RESIDENCE PERMIT, HOW CAN THEY GUARANTEE THAT I WOULD CHOOSE THEIR COMPANY?, I MIGHT CHOOSE THE OTHERS WHICH SERVE BETTER THAN THEIRS WHILE THE OTHERS WHICH HAVE MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY RULES AND CONDITIONS,TERMS…IN THE END,WHO CARES ABOUT LEKKA THEN?
ALL OTHER PAYMENT APPLICATIONS ABOVE ACCEPTED ALL MY LEGITIMATE LEGAL ACCURATE DOCUMENTS BY THEIR COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENTS SINCE 2018. ALL THOSE OTHER PAYMENT COMPANIES ARE COMMITTED TO THE HIGHEST COMPLAINCE STANDARDS, I DO REVIEW IT,I DO EXPERINCE IT, WHICH MEANS THAT THEIR APPROACH CAN BE MORE DEMANDING SOMETIMES, BUT NOT THROUGH REQUIREMENT OF RESIDENCE PERMIT .. THEIR METHOD/WAY/POLICIES ARE ALL designed to ensure STRICTLY FOR both regulatory adherence and customer protection,SO THEY DO EXCELLENTN JOB/SERVICES!!!
