I have 2 reasons in completing this review. 1. What an excellent, honest and caring family company. We chose carpets (4 pieces) for our Bailey Caravan. Our first contact with Chris provided us with choice of carpet, cost of carpet, how to complete templets and approximate time of completion. I made a mistake when I labelled one templet upside down. They had checked it out and contacted us to confirm correct side before completing order. Delivery was excellent and so was the colour and quality of the carpet. Leisure also included three doormat sized carpet from the offcuts at no extra charge. The staff are just excellent. We are in our eighties and considered it important to receive the reassurance Leisure gave us.. 2 We had made enquiries with other companies over an 18 month period and not proceeded for reasons of one obstruction or another.
Leisure was straight forward, efficient and most reliable. For peace of mind and an excellent job I have no hesitation in recommending Leisure.

Required a new set of carpets for our campervan we had just got. Didn't like the ones that where as the back of them were perished so contact leisure carpets direct explained what I wanted. In return they sent some samples out rough around the colour I always after. Sent the old carpets to them choise the carpet required baring in mind this was during xmas. During the break they contacted me via WhatsApp with a pic of a sample run they had done really please with it. Few days later we received them in the post they were excellent. they even made a little bit for us to attach to the rear door were the door meet to keep draft out, also made entrance mats as well. The guys went over and above would highly recommend them not many companies put there like this. Just need to put there good work.into the van now. Thank you again

I have just bought a motorhome and the carpet was looking very sorry for itself. So got in contact with Leisure carpets They were extremely helpful with emails going backwards and forwards in the end I wasn't able to afford them at moment but will try and get them in new year

We are really thrilled with the new carpets for our motorhome. They’re a great improvement over the old ones and much better quality too. Service was brilliant from the word go with Chris responding very quickly to our questions and sample requests. Once we decided to go ahead the carpets were made and with us in a matter of days. What a breath of fresh air. A company who puts the customer first where nothing is too much trouble. We contacted LC through an advert on eBay for our Pilote MotorHome to replace our old carpets. From the first call the friendly advice and communication was excellent. Samples were sent to me. We sent our old carpets along with some templates and the new carpets arrived in less than two weeks.
They look so lovely, professional and fit perfectly. It has given our Motorhome a whole new lease of life and we have fallen in love with it again. Thank you to all at LCD.

Great communication good service and good quality carpets made and fit perfectly in our Motorhome very happy with the service.

We were looking for replacement carpets for our Chausson 660. After a web query and follow up call to confirm carpet colours and break points (the original carpet was one piece), we received a sample and sent over our carpet as a template. We received our new carpets in less than 2 weeks from the initial enquiry. The team kept in touch with us throughout and made suggestions for improvements to the set. The carpets fit perfectly, give us a real lush feel under foot and really enhance the van. A great service and I’d highly recommend Leisure Carpets Direct.

Great company to deal with. Very helpful nothing too much trouble. We had some new carpets for our 2008 Autotrail Chieftain we contacted Chris and Sean who advised us to send our old carpets which we duly did. Chris got in contact with us after he received them just to ask for some more details. He got down to making them and once they were finished he let us know that they were on the way back.
We have just fitted them and are really pleased with how they fit and look.

From my first contact to receiving the carpet 3 days later Chris & Sean made the whole process pain free.
I emailed a dimensioned sketch & the guys checked a couple of details & sent sample photos back. When the carpet arrived it fitted perfectly.
In Summary - Great Service, Great Quality & Great Price.

We have just had new carpets made for our motorhome. We are over the moon with them. Brilliant service professional helpful and friendly. We would recommend this company 100%.
