I have an automatic payments setup and Leif has not taken the money out, and I always have plenty of funds to cover the amount due. Now it seems like my account is past due, and with over $600 due . The due amount was $71 . How did that happen if I have autopay????? I am not happy with this situation.

I have found it completely terrible working with Leif, with my already paid $19,000 USD, I am looking to the day that I will pay off everything I owe.
They send inaccurate email notifications all the time making you concerned about your "loan" / "amount owed", they as for your tax details and if you provide them, bother you for the next 12 months asking for additional information about the previous years even if you submit the information directly from the IRS (USA taxes). They are meant to be calculating my income from the job related to my contract but they are bothering me about my wife's unrelated income from the previous year, better yet, which was earned prior to our marriage.
If you try to reach out to customer support they just repeat the same information over and over again and don't actually try to take the time to look into your issue with their site and services.
