Extremely concerning experience — avoid.
I placed an order on 6 June for the Mind 001 Slide and received only an automated Shopify confirmation email. As of 30 June — 24 days later — I still have not received any shipping confirmation, tracking number, delivery estimate, or meaningful update regarding my order.
I also contacted the seller directly requesting:
- an update on order fulfillment,
- shipping information,
- and company verification details.
I received no response.
What makes this even more alarming is the complete lack of transparency on their website. There is no clearly stated legal company name, no company registration number, no VAT number, and no customer support phone number — only an email address that appears unresponsive.
At this point, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business. Taking customer payments while providing no fulfillment updates and ignoring customer inquiries is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid purchasing from this store.

No way!!!
A good advice: NO WAY!!!!! Buy from any other place, it's a waste of money and resources. My order it's from may 15 and I still beg for a sign from the company. No product, no money, no info. RUN!!! Don't buy, don't use anything from this site, don't trust them.

Very disappointing customer experience
I placed Order #LH52259 on 23 May 2026. After ordering and not getting my parcel , I exchanged several emails with a customer service agent named Liam, who assured me that delivery to my region would take approximately 15–20 days.
It has now been almost six weeks, and I still have not received my order. The tracking information that was available on the shop has disappeared, and there is no evidence that my item has been shipped.
I have submitted a formal complaint through the company's website but have received no response. I have also not been offered a refund or any meaningful customer support.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this seller. I am leaving this review to inform other potential customers about the poor communication, lack of customer service, and failure to deliver my order. My experience has been extremely disappointing.
The 1 star is because is no other option but I rate this seller under that 1 star .
