LBB has literally changed my life

LBB has literally changed my life! I used to go to the classes after I had my first but I’ve never really been into fitness and I had never done any consistent exercise before I had children. I’m 10 months postpartum with 2 under 2 and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I’m so much slimmer and I have definition which I have never ever had before. Kate makes exercise fun so it doesn’t feel like a chore, the workouts are short so you can slot them into your day, sometimes I’ve done them on the kitchen floor whilst cooking dinner. And the Facebook support group is honestly amazing, it’s full of like minded mummies who are always there to cheer you on when you are doing great but also lift you up when you are struggling. If you are considering joining I say do it you have nothing to lose but absolutely everything to gain!

Can't recommend this enough!

Before having my daughter's I used to go to the gym regularly, I couldn't imagine now finding the time to do this but Legs, Bums & Bubbas gives me the perfect solution - I can pick multiple workouts to do online, anytime & anywhere! Kate & the website group of ladies are an amazing support & I've lost 24lbs of baby weight, but most importantly I'm healthier, stronger & so much happier! Would highly recommend 😁

The best thing i have ever joined

The best thing i have ever joined, ive gained so much confidence. Im fitter and healthier and thats all thanks to kate and the support from the group who are always there through the ups and downs! And my kids love to join in too 👍

Brilliant

Brilliant! So glad I joined, so many excellent workouts to choose from. The members group are very welcoming and supportive of each other! 34 weeks pregnant and love working out with my 2year old!!

Thank you legs bums and bubba’s ❤️

Since joining legs bums and bubba’s last few months I have never felt so energised and committed to keeping for through my second pregnancy. On the website you have such a massive range of workouts that range from 10minutes to 30 minutes. Also have pregnancy workouts which also are great!! I joined this website as it gave me reassurance that I was exercising safely during and after pregnancy.
I love the community that comes with it on the Facebook page where can post daily about anything you want and how you are feeling. Kate who runs legs bums and bubba’s gives a heart warming welcome and makes you feel instantly at ease and gives you the confidence you need.
I can’t thank legs bums and bubba’s enough without the challenge cards each week I wouldn’t of done as much as I have done training wise at 21 weeks pregnant! I love exercise anyway and have always done but this just gives me boost and new ideas that I needed to keep going.

The best support and quick results

7 days of workouts now as a new member and I honestly feel SO much stronger and fitter already! I was genuinely so weak before now; I struggled to get up off the sofa, lifting my baby hurt and my arms shook, walking up and down the stairs one at a time was my way of life. Yes, the culprit of these symptoms for me personally is a flare up of a medical condition, but EXERCISE is key in helping manage those symptoms and building up strength in day to day mobility. It's so, very powerful!

6 months post partum and I'm finally starting to feel like the old me, perhaps even better than I've felt in years! I can't quite believe how quickly I'm progressing and seeing results!

The support within the group on Facebook is phenomenal! Everyone is ultra nice and friendly and if you post anything on the page you will ALWAYS get a reply.... whether it be to celebrate your successes, share your goals, look for support- not just in terms of health and fitness but in any aspect, even personal/emotional matters. A good old rant is even welcomed! The welcome you receive from Kate and other group members is HUGE! Such a lovely group.

Kate just astounds me! This lady is a machine let me tell you. Kate is currently in her 3rd trimester as I'm writing this review and it's incredible what this woman is physically capable of in delivering the workouts that she does. There's heaps of pre-recorded workouts she's done on the website but the live workouts are great in keeping us all engaged as a group and the positive, happy vibes it brings are just electric! Kate is friendly, bubbly and down to earth yet professional. She's always educating us on the science behind exercise and diet without bombarding us in a heavy, text book style. Her delivery of teaching and sharing her knowledge is just so refreshing and caters to all.

For anyone who is feeling how I have described above you are most definitely in the right place! You WILL feel better and stronger so very quickly by doing these exercise workouts. Just do a little each day, even if it's 10-15 mins-it will improve your strength, mobility and in turn your happiness and mental well being 👌👏❤

You won't get a more supportive group than this and you WILL see results. I'm 7 days in and have already lost inches!!!!

Love Legs, Bums & Bubbas

This is an incredible community and place to work out. The cards given each Monday give you a focus and determination to complete each daily challenge. The workout videos are wonderful and you can go at your own pace. There are so many to choose from as well if you wanted to do extras or just follow your own routine! There is no pressure from others, it is just how hard you want to push yourself. You are able to work to your own schedule which is perfect for working mums, stay at home mums or just anyone! I love doing legs, bums and bubbas and would recommend to everyone!

So motivating, seeing results after just 2 weeks!

After having my little boy 11 weeks ago I needed to do something to start losing my mum tum. Not being able to exercise during pregnancy I was well out of practise and needed some serious motivation. Well with legs, bums & bubbas I found it! Only two weeks in I have started seeing the results already and with the challenges set by Kate I feel confident I am pushing myself in the right way. The videos are just the right length to be able to do with my son having a short nap and Kate is so cheerful it spurs me on every time! They are hard enough to make me feel it once the work out is over but safe enough to do after recovering from a c section. The Facebook group is so helpful, the ladies all so supportive and cheering each other on. I will 100% recommend this to all my Mum friends!

The friendliest and best fitness instructor the workouts are hard but really do work! Great energy and vibes love the challenges each week and love having these goals I’m going to achieve through legs bums and bubba’s!! The most supportive group of ladies and I just really enjoy keeping fit ❤️ Every day isn’t always a workout day for me but as soon as I go on the group page it gives me so much motivation to do a workout ☺️

The Best ❤️

I joined soon after having my little one and after speaking with Kate and getting the green light to go, I haven't looked back!

Whenever I have an off day, I look at the amazing mums on the group and the motivational posts from Kate and it kicks me into gear! I absolutely love the lbb family that has been created!

The workouts are energetic, lively and my favourite part is crazy! I always laugh and smile the whole way through! These workouts have helped me get through the lockdowns and have been an amazing space for my mental health! I've changed so much mentally and physically thanks to LBB!

Workouts are fantastic, the support community is next level and Kate...well, she is phenomenal and what holds it all together. Supportive, kind and just all around lovely woman/role model/mother/business woman! 100% love it!

Can not rate Kate and legs,bums and…

Can not rate Kate and legs,bums and bubba’s enough! The classes are amazing and feel so at ease taking bubba with me and the online workouts are brilliant! Joining this community has given me a body confidence I never thought I would get back after having children and I’ve manged to go from a size 12 to a 8 in a healthy and safe way! Kate is a superstar!!

So glad I joined. I've only been a member for a fortnight but Kate's enthusiasm is infectious and the Facebook group is so supportive. With a wide range of workouts available to watch online, it's easy to fit exercise into a busy day. X

Great fun and extremely good value.

Nearly finished my first full week and have enjoyed completing the daily challenges. The group keeps me motivated and I am finally enjoying exercise. Huge choice of workouts on the website and the instructor is so enthusiastic, it's catching. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Best fiver you will ever spend!

Kate has really helped me, I suffer with anxiety and since doing her workouts I haven’t had any attacks. The group keeps you motivated and focused. I love our daily challenges and our group where we can vent and share our success stories. This is the most supportive group I have ever known. I feel better not only physically but mentally! It’s only £4,99 a month and I promise this will be the best fiver you ever spend!

Legs, Bums & Bubbas is not just online workouts that are safe and fun for all fitness levels- it’s also a fantastic community of like-minded women who are incredibly supportive and keep you motivated.
Kate is a fantastic at her job and always brings the energy to her workouts. Highly recommend.
