Terrible service
Terrible service. Tried to get a bag verified, said they needed more photos. Sent them. Then they said the photos were insufficient so they gave me points on there system rather than a refund. The photos were good quality.

Best bang for the Buck
I love the service. Unfortunately they have been unable to make a decision if something is fake or real too many times. When a photo ins not available, they keep asking for it. I have now started taking a picture that it is not available to end a lot of confusion and emails. I still feel they are the best value in the marketplace for what they do and will continue to use them despite the frustration at times

I have used Legit Grail many times. I resell and all of my lux items come with a COA. The COA certificate is included with the purchase of the authentication. Other sites I used charge extra to get a printable copy. I also love the quickness of the process.

I had a generally positive experience…
I had a generally positive experience with LegitGrails. Their service was speedy, the pricing was good value, and the overall process was straightforward.
There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. They weren’t able to authenticate a vintage suede bag because the blind stamp was difficult to read in the suede. I know the piece is authentic, so that part was a little disappointing. Additionally, when issuing a refund for that item, they initially tried to provide credit rather than returning the payment to my original method. Once I requested a cash refund, they processed it quickly with no issues—but I would have preferred that the refund automatically matched the way I paid.
Overall, fast service and fair pricing, with just a few areas that could be improved for a smoother customer experience.
