Been ordering from them for the last 2 years, and it was only a couple of weeks ago I had my first delivery issue (not the shops fault). 3 of my coils have burned out in a day, I emailed them and got no reply this is the 1st time I have had it with this company but the not replying to email is a big no no for me.

I order a recurve v2 from wotofo Mike vapes there vas 2 dual coil insulators in the pak. Then i order one more for single coil bud they sent me one more dual coil so now i got 3 dual coil and legion Will not sent me the single coil but give me 10% very bad very bad for this sh. it company

The customer service is absolutely great, I only use LOV. Delivery has never been delayed and communication is fast. All products have detailed explanation and if coils are required they have a detailed list.

Purchased an Aspire Cyber X which became faulty and have emailed LOV'S 6 times starting in November attaching videos photos etc, It's now January and the only reply I've had is two emails stating they are short staffed and will be in touch soon! Maybe my standards are too high and waiting 2-3 months for a reply isn't soon enough!!!. Awful after sales service, BEWARE!

Have always been a Bacon Prime user until I heard good things online about Cloud 9 cotton. Ordered through Legion of Vapers and wow…great cotton! Easy to wick and thin out, no break in period and absorbs very well. Great service and delivery time from L of V too. Highly recommended.

I used them for over a year and their service was always good. But they sent me the wrong item in my last order, after two weeks of waiting for an answer, they finally got back to me saying that they will review the case. 4 weeks later, still no response. I had to order from someone else. Quick dispatch but poor customer service.

Used this site for the first time a few weeks ago. Found an excellent range of products at very reasonable prices. I ordered something after the cut off for next day delivery so fully expected to wait for my order but to my surprise it was delivered the next day. Fantastic service, will definitely use again
