I had a very good experience with Legend Removals. We moved our household from South Germany to Northern England. The business of international moves can make for a lot of nerves, but the team at Legend really helped to reduce the stress and bother of the process. I really appreciate their help with all questions, their speed at responding helpfully to emails, and their availability for phone calls. The Ops team were extremely friendly and supportive, the Documents team gave me very useful feedback and advice about how to avoid potential problems at the border, and the Quotes team were truly invaluable in giving me a flexible range of quotes to help me manage the uncertainty in the inventory. Kirill was my contact point and was an extremely effective and conscientious project manager. The whole team has my thanks and appreciation for their professionalism and delivery!

Legend handled our part load from South of France to the UK without any problems. Their service was excellent and Dean Prosser who I first spoke to initially and subsequently during the process gave a great deal of attention to us. The driver who collected and the chaps who delivered were equally helpful. We did feel that Dean went above and beyond what we could expect to ensure all went well.

Moving from Leigh to The Hague could have caused a number of issues however Kirill Glukhov from the sales team helped me through the process initially arranging the booking and was very helpful with useful information. The documents team were timely with their responses to queries and made what has become a more complicated process since Brexit straightforward. There are one or two things to understand about moving abroad that I suspect most people are oblivious to, like it doesn't generally arrive the next day or there can be issues with customs but that is what you pay Legend to sort and as long as documentation is correct it won't be something to worry about. We went for the Regular Plus option but I would confirm prior to arrival each end that the guys can dismantle and reassemble furniture as advertised as the two that arrived with us had no tools! This wasn't much of an issue in our case.
Jay in operations obviously experienced one or two issues beyond his control with delivery but he kept us informed and regularly updated even if it was slightly frustrating.
Overall pretty happy.

I arranged for Legend to deliver the contents of our Safestore lockup in the South of England to my brother’s house in Northern France. I felt the price quoted was fair/good. Gabrielle and Maria kept me pretty well appraised as to what was going on and were pleasant to deal with. There were occasional gaps in communication which did concern me from time to time, but to be fair the Collection happened as planned (within the planned two day window) and the Delivery in France too, so I really cannot complain. The only real issue I had was that I needed to have weighed everything in the lock up (an impossible task really) to avoid going over the ‘agreed’ price. Needless to say on the Collection day I had to take some boxes off the van as I couldn’t afford the extra costs involved in taking them. Rather frustrating but there you go. These boxes now sit in my shed rather than in France(!). Ho hum. Overall though I think Legend did ok. Good value really. The bulk of the contents of the lock up now reside in France and I can stop worrying! And it may well be that other delivery companies apply the same weighing limits. I’m not planning on doing this again so am unlikely to find out! Thank you for your help Gabrielle. 👍.

Legend Removals has helped me to move things from London to Geneva. All the process from placing the order to receiving the things was quick, easy and stress-free. Kirill from the Sales team was very helpful with the slots' booking as well as Maria from the Export team with the documents. Drivers were polite and came on time for both loading and unloading. Great communication at all stages of the process and really good value for money; I will strongly recommend for cross-border removals.

Gabrielle was very friendly and the onboarding went really smoothly. Good communication during this process as well, very responsive. The driver picking the stuff up and the delivery team was very friendly and professional too. Communication during the delivery process could be improved, even when not firm answers are expected, some guidance about likely pick-up date and/or delivery (rather than boiler answers) would help. Overall, good service and I am happy customer.

Would use them again.

It is when everything doesn't go as expected that you know if the quality is good. We mismeasured the size of chandelier for which a special moving box was needed. Kirill (sales) and Jay (operations) were helpful in finding a solution that works for all.

Also Maria helped with all the paper work as I was moving from belongings from Belgium to the UK. This being post Brexit, understanding the rules wasn't that easy.

Finally, I can't remember all the names but the movers were always friendly and helpful.

I ended up choosing Legend Removals because they offered me a very reasonable price for moving from the UK to Switzerland (it included a packing service). Even though I booked it last minute, they were very flexible and made it possible. Special thanks to Gabrielle, who was a brilliant consultant and kept me up to date constantly. The two men (especially James) who packed and collected my belongings did a great job and were super fast. They said my belongings would arrive within 3 weeks, however, it was already delivered 1.5 weeks later. Jay was a great manager too, who offered me a new date for collection. At first, I was worried with the move and Swiss customs. But there were no problems at all and it went smoothly. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their excellent service and my experience. I can definitely recommend their company!

I made many enquiries with several other removal companies, some prices were extortionate, some ridiculously low, Legend were very competitive and offered the level of cover I needed. My point of contact was generally Dean Prosser, who went above and beyond to reassure me, he was calming, kind, very professional, polite with a caring nature. Overall the price was competitive they allowed me some flexibility with changing the pick up dates, the drop off was longer than I had expected (2 weeks) however to be fair to legend this was their busiest period “August”. It caused a little bit of anxiety but Dean and Jay kept me updated. I got everything back with one minor damage which they pointed out to us no problem it was repairable, the drivers/ packing guys worked very hard they were polite and very helpful… communication was good with Dean, Jay and Maria and the drivers calling ahead on the drop off… sorry didn’t have their names to thank them. On the whole one very satisfied customer, no surprises with additional weight costs…. Would I recommend LEGEND a big yes, without a doubt… thank you Dean and your team

Great service from Gabrielle and her team. Everything ran smoothly and both the furniture collection and delivery went well. I did find the website a bit strange and the payment options were archaic, making it look like a scam, or less professional.

Excellent service by legend removals. They charge a fair amount without any need for negotiation. The complete team is good yet I would like to specially mention Kirill Glukhov who was my first point of contact and he made sure all the things are done as discussed without any last minute fuss.

We got a very competitive quote from the very friendly Kirill Glukhov who I continued to coordinate things through him. The communication by email was very professional but not by telephone! The day of the move the driver Anton Antonov arrived on time and was extremely professional and able to single-handedly move all the furniture and pack the items securely in double quick time. We did have one chair arrive with damage though. Overall I highly recommend the company for a job well done. Thanks Kirill and team.

Legend removals did a wonderful job of moving all my things from Paris to London in August 2022. Kirill Glukhov has been very responsive and has helped me throughout the entire process.

The final price I payed has been exactly what was presented in the initial quote and I did not have any "bad surprises".

On the collection and delivery days the driver, called me ahead of delivery to give me an exact time and when there he did an excellent job.

I moved from UK to Netherlands and I really liked the services of Legend Removals. Special thanks to Kirill who not only helped me in booking but also answered all my queries with prompt email responses even when it was 10 pm on a weekend. Legend Removals helped me move from UK to Germany. The service was professional and swift and I liked their friendly customer service and moving teams. I did have some anxious moments after reading some negative reviews after I had booked them and fully paid for their service. However, those feelings were unsubstantiated and I definitely would use Legends Removals again. I recommend them: great value for money (I could have not done it cheaper on my own) and as a low budget company they are doing a fantastic and important job!

Legend removals did a great job of getting us (family of 4) moved from London to the Netherlands in July 2022. Dean Prosser was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage from getting a quote to advising on completing paperwork and keeping us updated as to collection times from London and delivery date/times to Netherlands.

Excellent service from Dean Prosser and team! We recently moved to the Netherlands from the UK and had to sort through items from our house of 9 years and decide what/ how to pack. Moreover we had a tight time line for the move and also had two little children in tow.

Dean advised us throughout the process like a dedicated consultant, being very prompt and resourceful when responding to our many queries and requests.

Thanks to his guidance, the moving experience was not as stressful as we had imagined. The documents department was extremely helpful as well and the actual loaders/ unloaders (Robert in Uk and Sergei in NL) were fantastic; very efficient and understanding. Dean helped us coordinate across the departments and was in constant touch up until the last time was unloaded.

Legend are quick to provide a competitive quote - all based on the supplied inventory. Once we paid the deposit and booked the service we were then alerted to their eye-watering excess volume and weight tariffs. These charges more than doubled our quotation.
If you plan to use any removals service - be sure to weigh your goods and approximate the cubic volume before commiting to any provider.

Really good company to use. They supported me from the sales to customs and delivery. I am so glad I did choose them to deliver everything from uk to Germany. Prices are compare to others very good. A little improvement to them more communication by phone. As sometimes a call is quicker than waiting for a email response. But the rest of service was amazing. Thank you to the team and thank you to the drivers.
