I ordered a somewhat gameboy with 400 games, but there was some error on it. I called in to find out what are my options. I was on the phone with Marc and i could hear it on him that he was genuinely trying to figure out what was the issue... In the end we managed to find a solution together. I understand that sometimes things like this do happen. But what makes it exceptional, is definitely how the company handles the issue, I think with my matter, it was excellent customer service! definitely be buying more stuffs from this company :D
