I have been ordering for about three months. They ask me to review each product with the promise of giving me 25% off on my next order. They send the same coupon code for each product. You can only use the coupon code once. I have contacted them several times with no response. I called a few months ago and the gentleman I spoke with (Zach) told me it was a mistake and generated a coupon for me. I appreciated that. Now two months later they still send the same email looking for a review and promising that elusive 25% off your next order coupon. I spoke with Zach again today. He has the personality of a toadstool and actually got irritated with me. They will no longer get one penny of mine.
