Disappointing Experience with Deel's EB1A Immigration Service

If I can get a 0 star, I would.

I was promised a fast-tracked EB1A petition with an initial case review in two weeks. I spent about a week helping draft the case, only to wait an additional five months for Deel to simply compile the necessary documents into a PDF. Throughout the process, I received no feedback on whether my case was strong enough or what additional evidence was needed. Ultimately, I received a hard NOID, forcing me to withdraw my case to avoid damaging my USCIS record.

To make matters worse, I requested a refund three months ago and still haven’t received my money back. Given that my company contributed significantly to this costly process, I cannot recommend Deel for EB1A immigration services. Their touted high approval rates for such a challenging visa now seem highly questionable. Save yourself the time, money, and stress—look elsewhere for immigration support.

*Joshua is the only person that in my entire case that I felt welcomed and listened. Always reply within hours with my concerns and questions for refund, though I still haven't get my refund yet..

Approved EB2 NIW however the experience was a nightmare

My EB2 NIW was approved which I am grateful for. However, my experience with Deel/Legalpad was a complete nightmare.

From their on-boarding process which had me submit the same information multiple times. To the numerous missed deadlines. To their lack of communication. The entire experience was pretty crazy.

I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

I successfully obtained my O1-A visa…

I successfully obtained my O1-A visa with Legalpad and Deel, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The primary issue was communication. At every stage, there were delays, and rather than keeping me informed, the team often chose not to respond to my emails. This lack of transparency made the process incredibly frustrating. Throughout the entire application, it felt like only one person., truly understood my case and engaged meaningfully with my file. All other interactions were marked by either incorrect or incomplete information.

I chose the premium processing option and the most expensive package, expecting a streamlined experience, but even after USCIS granted full approval, when I only needed one remaining document (the i797) to enter the U.S., communication stalled once again. Normally, I’m not one to leave negative feedback, but this experience left me genuinely disappointed, especially considering the nearly $13,500 cost.

Really Bad experience overall

1) They don't keep up with promised timelines
2) The application content literally has coherence issues and they don't fact check
3) The attorneys don't really pay attention and passively go through application content and some paralegal who is making major errors in your application can cost you your green card

Amazing experience

My experience with lawyer Muaitaer and paralegal Arjun Kamath has been outstanding in securing my O1 visa. Their professionalism and expertise in immigration law are unparalleled. They were always punctual, responding to my inquiries promptly and maintaining a positive, reassuring presence throughout the entire process. Their knowledge, especially concerning the O1 visa, was evident as they guided me through each step with clear explanations and strategic advice. They went above and beyond to ensure not only that my application was successful but also that I felt supported and understood throughout this significant journey. Their attention to detail and efficiency made a typically complex process smooth and stress-free. I am immensely grateful for their dedication and the personal touch they brought to their work, making this experience not just successful but genuinely pleasant. I would rate them more than 5/5 if I could
