Awful company. Been 2 weeks since placed order and nothing. Sent numerous emails and no answer. Took the money and then blank you, do not use this company

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They kept both my product and my money. I have tried to contact them several times, but I have received no response. At this point, I have neither my product nor a refund, so I can honestly say that I feel scammed. I would not recommend this company.

I am not sure about all of the negative reviews here but I ordered mine on 14/03/26 and it arrived first thing on 16/03/26.
I am still waiting to find out results, as its my first week in of the cycle.

Total waste of time starting with response time to enquiry finish with delayed or lost package even after booking next day delivery. Not good for business

Placed order and payed for next day delivery, nothing turned up. Contacted customer support multiple times and no responce even though it says 24/7 support. Not happy at all

Scam company
Scam company, they give you no tracking information, no 24/7 support like advertised and no email address to contact customer support. Company closed in 2015 and opened again in 2015 under a similar name. Avoid.

Scam. Order confirmation received, text from DPD saying delivery made. Checked and was delivered to an address in Southall, not even remotely close to my address (geographical or name). Not a DPD concern, they deliver where they are instructed, to be clear I have no grievance with them. Thankfully paid with Amex who will credit and investigate.
