Have been their customer for years. Recommended them for years to my startup friends. Until recently, they just cancelled my contract. No reason given. After contacting them many times, it came to my understanding that they considered my contract price too low and cancelled it. Never received a proposal or official communication on this. Any company that threats their first customers this way gets 1 star.

Only used their services for simple low-risk contracts anyway: a task that I now trust to gpt-4.
