This company has now dissolved according to companies house. When you conduct yourself the way they did its an inevitable outcome. I'd be cautious of doing business with any company Ralph Ehlers becomes a director of again
Very unprofessional. Firstly they sent us a contract for the wrong industry on our first engagement on a time sensitive issue. Then after a week of non response they emailed us to terminate the agreement promising a full refund which was never given. Fortunately this pushed us to engage proper legal services and we haven’t looked back since. We have been unable to reach them by phone or email to receive the refund and the address given is a registered service office. Very poor throughout
They do exactly what they say they'll do. No fluff nor over the top expenses. Will definitely use them again.
