I’d like to see more template options. The service is great, but I expected more types of powers of attorney, such as templates for highly specialized authorizations commonly used in business. Adding more options would be helpful, but even with the current selection, everything works perfectly.

After some emails they refunded me so i am updating my review to reflect the positive change. Still only 4/5 stars because getting the refund was stressful and a run around.
