Shockingly Rude UK distributor called Andrew Dickson
Int he middle of a shocking experience with le feu UK. Got an oven as a gift for my birthday, used it 2 days after it was received and, upon using it for the first time, discovered that it is faulty.
Contacted le feu UK via the website to explain situation and ask for details on either a replacement or a refund.
I received an email from Andrew Dickson, who is an independent distributor based in the UK, with zero customer care.
After a few back and forth emails, and an extremely horrible phone call with him, Andrew refuses to issue a refund.
He is the rudest man I have ever encountered and what he is doing is totally illegal and against the customer right legislation.
I hope this gets resolved without the need of going to small claims court.
If you want to purchase a le feu product, and are based in the UK, then do not do it via their website as you will be stuck with Andrew Dickson. His ‘company’ is called Cato International Agencies, so be warned to steer clear.
I recommend purchasing through John Lewis, or one of their other listed retailers, where you will not have to deal with someone who does not care about the customer at all!
