Costumer service is pretty much non-existing.
When you order they tell you a delivery date, which is not followed at all.
Also, you only get "warned" about a delay, when you complain, several days after expected delivery.

Even after that, you get told a date which is not kept.

The desk itself seems good quality and solid.
Instructions to build for the desk itself were easy, for some components misleading and for others non-existing.

At this price range, the failures as such are not acceptable.

The table was 1 month late! In compensation I've got a cleaning kit for free, which arrived damaged and torn, basically destroyed. Incredibly unprofessional from a such prestigious company.

I bought the LeetDeskPro and some accesories for it. The product is awesome as far as I can say. The delivery time was a nightmare though and I felt a little bit fooled by the support. Here the full story:

After the order I got a mail that told me it would take 7 to 28 days until they can give the order to the logistic company. After around 30 days with no further informations I asked via mail when the order will arrive and the support told me that the accesories are not available at the moment and offered me to split the order so that they can send the table. I agreed on that offer and awaited the table but after a while the accesories were delivered one by one but still no table. I do not know what went wrong but I had to email the support again only to hear that it still needs time and they do not know what the problem is. So end of the story is:
They took almost two and a half month to deliver the table and the support talked shit to me.

I've had my Leet Desk for almost a year, and I can certainly recommend it.

The assembly is easy, and the table is robust. I even use with a PC tower that is assembled just below the table, attached to it. The movement up and down of the table is very smooth and stable even the PC is quite heavy.

with PC Holder and cable management trays and I am beyond delighted!

Programming the three height buttons for my own preferences was very easy, the handbook that was delivered with it was comprehensive and not overloaded.

I personally also had an issue with the first top that I received, due to a damage during the transport and promptly had a replacement sent my way.
The assembly is super easy, as the holes are already pre-made.

The staff and support were always incredibly friendly and helpful.

As a neurodivergent person, having the option for a desk for standing and sitting is essential for my productivity.

I also have a walking pad underneath that I just pull out to use and so I can do my workout while watching a series.

I had some missing part after my order (I dont know if that part was missing on delivery or I lost it at point). I contacted the support and directly got a fast response and replacement. Im pretty sure you dont get this great support experience at many companys! Thank you so much again!
