Very good service in the showroom. Staff were very helpful. Delivery arrived before the scheduled date. Mark and James called and informed of the delivery time. Delivered the Rug and made sure everything was good. They cleared the wrapping. Very good service

Have had great service been waiting for sofa delivery for 14 weeks which was expected the week before we had phone call updating us at to when the sofa would arrive at their depot and what date it would be delivered phone call on the day giving estimate of delivery time it was all so seamless all way through from ordering with Brian to delivery from Richard and Will who unwrapped the sofa checked it over and put it in place plus moving a side table which was in the way
They were so friendly careful and efficient if I ever need more furniture Lee Longlands is where I will go

We have been beyond disappointed £5700 on a sofa and it’s still not been repaired replaced or any contact for months it was due to be replaced 3 months ago from our original complaint in March we have been lied to that the ombudsman has said that they have unlimited time to replace this from our correspondence with them that is not the case do not make a purchase without complete information as they go back on their terms and conditions. The salesman in Bristol was fantastic really helpful at the time of sale but unfortunately they have been let down by their customer service team. Please be aware of this before making a big purchase.

Really not impressed with the response from Lee Longlands following a complaint made regarding the way the 2 dinning chairs that we purchased from them have deteriorated. I appreciate that these were purchased 4 years ago but with the money that was spent I wouldnt expect the furniture to become so poor in such a relativly short amount of time. The response from the supplier is also poor claiming that we have used a cleaning product that has damaged the chairs. We dont use anything harmful on these chairs. Dissapointed and will not be purchasing anything from Lee Longlands again. It is clear that the price you pay in Lee Longlands doesnt mean that you are recieving a quality product and when you do have an oissue they are not interested.

Having recently made my first purchase with the company, I was very impressed.
Ordering online and collecting from the Cheltenham store, I found everyone I dealt with extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

Two young gentleman Jay and Lee delivered my sofa recliner chairs they were very professional & very polite and pleasant , I couldn’t ask for more.

over the last 4 years we have spent over £10,000 but sadly we will not be using them any longer. 3 months ago we paid and ordered 2 chairs (over £1,000) which arrived 3 weeks late, when inspected they were very poorly put together and not to the standard in the show room. After many emails/photographs they sent an independent to inspect who agreed they were not fit for purpose. Ten days later they were collected but we still await our refund and have no chairs. WATCH OUT

Find it extremely hard to believe that Lee Longlands have such a high 5 Star rating. My partner visited their Birmingham store at Christmas. What was supposed to be an approximate four week delivery time despite assurance both verbally and in print, had turned into thirteen. Today our supposedly high quality and costly coffee table arrived……. Flat pack! At no point was it suggested to us that we’d have to put our purchase together ourselves or indeed that our wait had been delayed further due to availability of Lee Longlands expert furniture delivery service to drop of a cardboard box.

If I’d wanted to purchase flat pack I’d have gone to Ikea. If in the future I’m looking to purchase good quality furniture it certainly won’t be to Lee Longlands

Frank and David delivered to us our chair on time and were very professional.
They arrived on time and were very pleasant and polite putting the chair into our preferred room and they took away any packaging.

Helpful showroom staff. Great bed, competitive pricing and quick delivery. The delivery staff Frank and David were amazing. Thoroughly professional, careful and friendly. The bed looks fab and more importantly it’s sooooo comfortable.

Aoam and Jonathan came today to deliver my new wardrobe and take away a faulty one. Came within the time mentioned on earlier phone call. Polite and friendly. Treated my home with respect. Made sure I was happy with the new wardrobe. Very satisfied with the service.

We are really happy that we shopped at Lee Longlands. The staff were very helpful and kept us informed. The delivery was in fact a week earlier than anticipated and the delivery team (Frank and David ) let us know when they would be arriving, then set everything in place and took away all of the packaging. Today we had our Ercol Rimimi bed frame delivered by Lee Longlands. Ordering the item at Lee Longlands, Cribbs Causeway was easy with excellent service. We are very pleased with the product but exceptionally pleased with the service provided by the delivery team. (Tony & Chris) They let us know what time they would be arriving, they were polite, friendly and of smart appearance. The delivery van they were using looked immaculate despite driving down from Birmingham on a wet Monday morning. They took all of the parts to our bedroom , assembled it and took away all the packing. We would definitely recommend Lee Longlands for all your home furnishings and having a branch at Cribbs Causeway its very easy to get to from South Wales.

We visited Lee Longlands in Abingdon looking at Stressless and Himolla recliners. The staff we're all really kind and clearly knew their stuff. Sammi was particularly helpful. We ended up buying elsewhere in the end, partly because they had a model that Lee Longlands didn't stock, but that wouldn't stop me from recommending the to others. They have great products and great service.

We have bought quite a lot of furniture from Lee Longlands over the years, never been disappointed with anything, our latest purchase ( a suite) is absolutely beautiful. Richard and Tony delivered our furniture and took every care to ensure the furniture wasn’t damaged or anything in the house, I must admit it was a tight squeeze but they managed it, they were very polite and professional. Thanks guys.
