Terrible service
Terrible service, they quote 24 hours notice for deliveries but they actually mean 8 days. They cancel and change orders to make it easier for them and they often leave sitting in the waiting area for over 30 minutes when the patients are wanting to collect things. They very rarely have items on hand or they do not have enough to fill a prescription, even when given weeks notice to collect items!

We can not find a webshop order from you in our system. Leef.nl is an Online webshop. We do not have a physical store or a pharmacy with a waiting room and we do not supply medication either. We only sell self-care products and health tools via the website. The pharmacies can only be selected via our website as pick-up points for our orders.

Would be handy if they let you know if a product is in stock before placing a order, this happened twice know and have to wait over a week.

Late delivery
The delivery was 1 day late with no warning email or anything, I had to go to pharmacy three times, the website promised one day.
They didn't even bother to inform me that the order was delayed.

This websit claimed that they could delivery to you the next day if you make the order before 16:00. Unfortunately, I made an order at Aug. 22 and got my package at Aug 30. Could you believe that?
