Called the emergency line as couldn’t lock my front door from inside or outside and was very distressed. Radu arrived within 30 mins and quickly knew the issue and quoted me to fix and repair the locking mechanism. Although the part was £185 plus VAT, Radu spent a long time ensuring everything was just right, he was very knowledgeable and very professional and definitely put me at ease. The job was completed within an hour and although it was a cost that I wasn’t planning for I now have a working and secure door! Highly recommend Radu and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again (hopefully I won’t need to). Thank you, lovely guy

I was locked out of my house on a Sunday, and it was snowing. The locksmith came earlier than anticipated, got me indoors within a few minutes, then replaced the faulty mechanism. All done with care, professionalism and courtesy.
