I can't comment on quality of cleaning but I had booked an appointment and it was cancelled after it was due to start only because I chased. The cleaner didn't contact me to let me know. Then I had to wait several days to get a new scheduled appointment which was again cancelled last minute as the cleaner felt it would be too far to travel. This could have been communicated much earlier instead of wasting my time. A highly unreliable service, letting me down more than once and I am left very disappointed
Immaculate cleaning, very nice person. Good communication with company and update me if cleaner is slightly late. Would certainly recommend
