No responses for aftersales service
Ordered over 100 bulbs from them in one order, but as they periodically fail I never get a response or replacement (they have a 5 year guarantee).
Avoid this company at all costs.

Having bought a substantial number of Megaman bulbs through LEDStop: GU10's , Candle bulbs; Conventional 100w LED equivalent, I had so many premature failures over the course of a year, that I bundled all the failures in a box and sent them back to LEDStop for replacement, as these bulbs are sold with a 5 year warranty. I included a letter in the box, indicating the mode of failure of each bulb (I find LED bulbs can fail in a whole variety of different ways. From flickering, to going out after several hrs continuous use, to just going dim, or outright total failure). I also sent an email and follow up emails, but have had no response at all. I will not purchase from LEDStop again and would advise others to avoid. I don't necessarily blame LEDStop for the failures, as I believe LED bulbs, in general, have been overhyped in terms of longevity and in my experience are unlikely to make economic sense unless a bulletproof 5yr warranty is in place (and there are practical problems to running such a system unless each bulb has some unique identifier, which can be matched to a sales invoice). What a company like LEDStop should be doing, is responding to customer complaints, passing faulty bulbs back to the manufacturer for replacement, which in turn, should lead to manufacturer looking into ways of improving reliability. It shouldn't actually cost LEDStop very much, other than time, dealing with all the complaints and returns (which they are clearly too lazy, or unprofessional to want to get involved in).
I purchased from this company once before and had no problem but this time I bought the wrong colour switch and as the other reviewers have said cannot contact them. Multiple phone calls just get an automated reply saying they are closed. Online returns application gets no response. Two emails get no response despite explaining that I just want to exchange for a different colour as well as buy a couple more switches. Hopeless. I've written to Varilight to ask them to take this company off their list of distributors. I notice that the only positive review below is a scam as it has a lady's name but a man's picture and is written in terrible English. A dead give away!! Not a single good review on Google either.
After writing this review I'd like to add that I contacted Varilight directly and they very kindly replaced the white Led switch I bought from Ledstop with the colour I needed. They also said Ledstop won't be on their list of approved sellers anymore. So a big thank you to and recommendation for Varilight and their excellent customer care!
I bought a Megaman LED lamp from Ledstop in June 2014 for £15 which has now packed up. Ledstop claim to offer a 5 year guarantee but I cannot get them to answer their phones or reply to email or a web page message.
I would advise keeping well clear of this company as their guarantee is clearly worthless.
On the other hand, when I contacted Megaman this afternoon they asked me to email them the details of the problem and did advise that I am not the first customer to have a problem trying to contact Ledstop.
Update on Wednesday 05/07/15 - Still no response from Ledstop (no surprise there) but Megaman are sending me a replacement bulb (foc) so a huge "Thank You" to Megaman for caring about customers. Megaman also advised that they will no longer be selling their products through Ledstop! Lets hope that other bulb manufacturers do the same and Ledstop go out of business.
Replacement bulb arrived at 13:20hrs today, many, many thanks to Megaman and no thanks whatsoever to the shabby crew who run Ledstop.
Avoid at all costs. Legal action commencing.
The LEDSTOP test hundreds of LED lights to find the best quality available. the service Excellent for our and payment also easy, thanks for great service.
I needed to return a light switch which had a different rating to that advertised. The no quibble guarantee is a joke. I left tried telephone and repeated emails - no response. Fortunately I ordered through Paypal and raised a claim to get a full refund.
LEDSTOP is run out of the premises of Mitre Electrical. The owner has failed to refund my valid returns (over £200) and is refusing to answer his own phone. Others are experiencing the same, according to other online reviews.
