Was unsure which product I actually needed, but pre-sales support were super helpful and patient. Extremely happy with the quality of the lights, the price and the speed of delivery. Will definitely be returning for more lights. highly recommend

Bought some low bays 7 years ago and they’re still working so came back for more.

Answered the phone quickly. Provided friendly, clear and knowledgeable advice for my specific application.
The products arrived the next day in good condition and were as described.

I ordered and received £300 pounds of multicoloured downlight which arrived exactly on time in perfect condition. I didn't realise that I had made a mistake and had ordered lights which were too large for my electrician to fit into the spaces available. Despite my having had the order for over 5 weeks before contacting the company, David at Ledsave was most helpful and allowed me to return them for a full refund.

Staff at LED save were great helpful and professional.
Sorted my request for fun LED lights in our kitchen. On the Wednesday I placed my order they stated the materials would be delivered in time for the planned Sunday installation.
Tracking with their courier DX showed the parcel was with DX and scheduled for delivered on that Friday.
Now Sunday and no sign of the parcel Electricians have postponed but unable to rearrange the instal until after Christmas.
LED SAVE need to consider their choice of courier!

I called up and spoke to one of the advisors of this company. The advisor reassured us and recommended which lamps we need to order for a specific fridge. The advisor was certain they will work and said the lamps have starter inside them. However the lamps were delayed firstly we waited 2
Weeks for the item which was not ideal, the lamps arrived and did not work.
I called up the company and the owner of the company was extremely rude. We asked if we can send the items back however the owner said “it’s not gonna happen” so we have to lose out on £7 because the company made an error. Do not recommend this company to anyone to avoid disappointment.

Organised a better price on quantity for us and no problem sending a couple of bulbs back we didn't require/
Shout out to Marc who dealt with everything perfectly.

Its rare I take the time to leave a review but in this case I am more than happy to go out of my way because thats what they did for me on 2 seperate occasions.
Firstly they calle dme to check the correctness of an obscure order to ensure I hadnt made a mistake.
On a further order I had made an error and thay have replaced to component for the correct one free of charge.

I highly recommend this company. They are a rare breath of fresh air in this world.

Bought 100 600x600 LED panels from here, all good and a 5 year warranty is a bonus too, Marc knows his stuff and very technical, the emergency packs area doddle to wire up and a massive time saver compared to others I've used :-)
