From ordering my fog lights and sequential indicators was overall a good experience.
I was missing a set of turn signals but we sorted out. I have a 2016 Triumph XCA and the lights look amazing as do the indicators.
Took about 5 hrs to install I took to a professional installer, had to do some fabrication to make everything work.
After installation it looks amazing 👍

I have ordered led lights for my car on the 25th of May it is now the 11th of June I have still not received anything. Customer service is very poor and have made no attempt to resolve the issue they claim it's a problem out of there control but where very quick to take my money ...do not buy off this website absolute rubbish

Easy to navigate, found exactly what I needed quickly. The bulbs plug right in and are a huge improvement.

I just bought a motorcycle and came with a brand new auxiliary LED lights ( boxed ). Tried to contact the customer support asking for instructions to fit this kit to my bike a and i received the following answer : "Without either, it's impossible to give you access to the leaflet, as it's only available from the customer account."
Wow .. if you don't have a order number you can't get the instructions, they keep everything secret ( Area 51 company :))) ). I'll bin the kit since is to complicated to install without instructions and never use or recommend this company !

Received the order really quickly, but when I opened the parcel one of the ordered items was missing. The LED lights didn't come with the PDF instructions as advertised, and when I spent considerable time trying to locate assembly instructions, they were rudimentary at best, and didn't make sense. Trying to locate a contact email address is also nearly impossible. Free text conversation isn't available to explain your problem, and I had to try and filter through many pre-written questions to try and find one that was close to my issue.

Very good service with a very user friendly website. Post time to New Zealand is about 12days by standard post. Product fitted exactly and was of a very good quality. The light emitted by the the LED blub they supplied was excellent and a massive improvement on the stock halogen part. I highly recommend Ledperf.

I've been buying items from ledperf for a number of years now and every transaction and delivery from France to UK has gone smoothly. Ledperf sell really quality items which is why I will keep coming back. The first led's I bought years ago are still working fine.
This last purchase was a full headlight replacement for a Triumph Thunderbird, the fit is accurate, not quite plug and play as I needed to bridge female to female spade connectors but that was no hardship and it all took about 20 minutes. The improvement in lighting is just wow, I can see and just as importantly drivers will find it harder to miss seeing me.
Postage for this purchase was free, I can track things all the way to my expected delivery day, payment by PayPal is easy and gives you some reassurance if you're not sure- but like I said, I've never had a problem.
Absolutely recommend ledperf.

Very helpfull and professional company with huge selection of led products for every consumer who drives with something!I personally have now full led lighting on my ATV.Now my quad looks better with modern white lights,I see better when driving ,no matter is it road or offroad.Its also more safe now when road users see me way better than before.

Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Purchased headlight, came with no instructions, does not fit. Contacted them, they said it requires a new housing. It arrived, is not a direct replacement and also contained no instructions or diagrams. I will never buy another item from them.
Reply to 5/21/24 comments from LEDPERF: I did complain that is why you sent the housing. As with the headlight NO INSTRUCTIONS or DIAGRAMS. The merchandise is in the trash where it belongs. You simply are not worth the aggravation.

Placed order on 4th may , they shipped on 7th may , and product arrived on 20th may. where as their website states that it’s 7-10 days for Australia. Better get it from other online stores with more reliable delivery. By the way, Product is good and working so far 12/06/24. Order no. 1739208

Wow. 6 days from France to rural Queensland Australia. Bought Phillips 200% brighter H7 bulbs. Sure are brighter. Help a lot with country driving. Gets really dark out here. Lol.

Part never arrived.
Invalid tracking number given.
Told to wait for it to show on the NZ Post system
Will not reply to my enquires.

Geoffrey took charge of the situation and promptly sent another item.

I was happy to be proven wrong and LEDperf is a legitimate trader with excellent products.

I bought a full set of globes for my B Class as the site says they are a simple swap and won’t affect the on-board computer. In fact, their lower power draw triggers all the bulb warnings. It was like a Christmas tree. When I contacted them, they suggested I install resistors. This was not initially mentioned and I would not have bought them if I’d known this.

1. The website is misleading with the Australian banner as it makes the user think they are purchasing from Australia rather than France, I chose economical delivery as I though the company was based in Australia but was surprised when I enquired after 2 weeks the product was in France.
2. These indicators are not for a Ducati 1098 they are just generic indicators, and I am very disappointed with the product as this is also misleading, if you state its for a Ducati 1098 it should be an exact fit which it was not for the following reasons.
A. Why add optional resistors for the LED, the Ducati 1098 requires these, however the connections don’t match on the bike so the cable had to be cut and the old connections cut off the standard indicators and soldered on ( see image) . If these indicators were as advertised I would not have needed to do any soldering.
B. When mounted these indicators do not cover the locating hole that was used on the old indicators leaving an unsightly hole, If these indicators were as advertised then the locating hole would be covered.
C. The mounting bolt is a different diameter causing a sloppy fit in the bracket.
D. I could not fully tighten the retention nut on the indicators as its in a tight location, with the standard indicators you get an extended nut to clear the area so you can get a spanner on it, however as the thread on these generic indicators is a different size I cant use the standard extended nut.

Ordered on 26th March. Arrived at my door on 11th April in Australia. Tracking correct all along the way. Items exactly as ordered. Great price. I would have no hesitation in ordering again from this company and also recommending it to others.

I ordered a set of HID lights and I was very impressed with the packaging and product build quality. Everything was included to convert my old halogen bulbs to HID. These HID bulbs are super bright and light up the road amazing with a wonderful true white color. No more worrying about not being able to see when driving in the dark. I highly recommend checking out their products!!! Customer service was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly.

Brilliant seller, instant dispatch, arrived within the week from France. Puts some UK sellers to shame. LED replacement kit for a 2008 FXDF, as advertised.
