Ordered D2R 5000K ​​35W replacement Xenon Bulb,the price is very attractive. The delivery is really quite fast. The product looks and is packaged well, but the description on the website says "ECE - Approved" but there is no marking on the packaging or on the product itself. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with everything.

Online transaction was floorless. Money taken without issue.
The product was purchased correctly for my BMW F800GS - no way the bulb would fit correctly.
The retaining clip would need to be bent out shape to use.
No way the weather rubber back could be installed with the LEDperf bulb replacement.

Stuck with an unusable bulb - and off for original bulbs. Bugger

Good quality product with 3 years of warranty as standard. Bought LED low beams, fog lights and blinkers. Great visibility now!

I had a small misunderstanding with my order, but Tony was quick to reply and answer my question.

Fair prices for the received products - shipping was good, no damaged products.

All in all; a good company that can be trusted, if you are considering👍🏽

So far really unhappy with this place.
Ordered for cbr 2006f model I thought foolproof.
Indicator light are two big won't fit and there white.which would work anyway as glass is clear.
Ordered front led light and they will not fit. they should know what fits or supply adjustable fittings.

To be fair with Ledperf they have sent on return label and are sending different products. They have been very helpful sorting out my problems.

All the replacement bolts and wiring were in the box. The led oval lighting units are good and strong well worth the £.

Highly professional and recommended. Had a problem with a set of hids H4 contacted them and they reached out immediately. Bought a set of Hids H4 and a set of led H3 and really happy with the product.

Had an issue with my order where the incorrect product was sent. Customer service were super quick to reply and helped me get the incorrect product returned and replacement sent.

I ordered something on the 12/12/2024 and I still haven’t received any new updates from them since 18/12/2024. I emailed them to ask whereabouts my package was and I have not received any reply back. It is now over one month now. I am very unhappy.

I required new indicator lights for my BMW GS1250, and saw an advert for indicator lights specifically for a BMW GS1250.
It was only when I went to pay for the item that I realised that the company was not UK based. I went ahead with the purchase hoping everything would be ok.

I received the item in good time and well packaged. However when I went to fit the indicators I found that the fitting was different and the connectors to connect the indicators to the bike were different. I did not want to tamper with the wires as I may lose my guarantee.

I contacted LedPerf and I must admit their customer service was top class. They recommended covers from elsewhere to make the indicators look like they are specific for the bike, and they even offered to pay for the covers, even though they did not supply them.

I was not really satisfied that the fitment was not specific to my motorbike, as that was the impression I had from their advert.

I have given 4 stars as they did everything they could to try to resolve the issue that I had and finally gave me a full refund, without question.

Excellent company , emailed them to confirm what bulbs I needed , Tony came back to me within 24 hours , I ordered bulbs and had them within 2 days , bulbs were as simply as plug into headlights

Has to be one of the worst companies I’ve used for a while! I bought a set of front and rear indicators, it wasn’t until after I purchased them (we are talking 15 minutes max) that I realised they were for the earlier version of my bike. I contacted LP to cancel the purchase and within a hour or two I got a response saying I need not worry as they will also fit my version. The member of staff did not inform me that the lights had been dispatched, just that I needn’t worry. At this stage my order status was still showing as in progress and it wasn’t until later that day (a few hours after receiving the email that the status changed to dispatched)

When they arrived it was obvious that they would not fit my bike as they were a different shape, I requested a return and yes the next day I got a return authorised, they provided me with a label and full instructions of what I must do to ensure the items get returned and I had to display the address label a customs declaration and the returns slip (what a palaver) The items were returned on the Monday morning and they received them on the Thursday morning, the following Monday I emailed asking why I hadn’t been refunded, to be told (the next day) that I would receive my refund on Thursday if all was okay!!! Well I sent them back in the same box they arrived in, the items were unopened (it was obvious they were round mine oval so weren’t going to fit) I followed their instructions to the letter, so why on earth do I need to wait, so as I right this it’s Thursday (a week since they received the goods back) I still haven’t had a refund and they are now not responding to my emails. I will open a PayPal resolution if I haven’t had a response by the end of the day!

In response to your reply, it took nearly 2 weeks for the refund, you must have an awful lot of returns which should be a worry for anyone considering buying!!

FURTHER UPDATE A MONTH AFTER REVIEWING THE COMPANY

A representative for This company has emailed me every day since I left this review, he has attempted to bribe me to remove or edit the review, and then even lied about why they didn’t cancel my order when I requested. Since then despite several requests to stop emailing me he has continued to contact me! The emails are now in the hands of my solicitor and we will seek to get an injunction out against them if the emails do not stop immediately!

Bought LED running light bulbs and front indicators for my Passat.
Fast shipping and the lights were perfect. No hyperflashing or canbus errors triggered and they are bright but not too bright for their purpose, like some of the cheap Chinese brands you can get on the likes of AliExpress.

Would definitely use again.

The 2 new ballast units (1 for each headlight) introduced a CAN BUS fault on each light. When lights turned on, a "check left/right dipped beam" message appears on display.
Advertising for these Ballast units says "direct replacement". Though it does fit directly, it does not carry out its intended function correctly as it is supposed to.

I have also noticed 1 or 2 other faults appear directly on startup after these were installed which may or may not be related to the fitting of these ballast units or just Coincidence???

**The message will clear when reset on light stalk when set/clear button is pushed**

There has been 2 new bulbs fitted also.
Your suggestion to do this comes across as shifting blame to the consumer and ledperf not actually owning the fact that their units are not compatible like advertised for certain vehicles

Ledperf customer support reached out and offered me 20% refund, nowhere near the cost of this whole debacle but fair play for offering but not good enough.

Absolutely stunning attitude and tremendous service from Tony and his team. A web glitch caused an issue that we were unaware of and Tony fixed it foc. Absolutely blown away by this attitude. I can’t recommend them highly enough..

Wow, I seldom get surprised by over delivery - but LedPerf have done it. First I ordered all LED lamps for my 25 yrs old Honda Africa Twin. They all arrived in perfect condition and I started to install the LED lamps. I realised that my turning lights flashed too fast - probably because the new LED lights have almost no resistance. But when I emailed them I got the answer that I also needed a new relay for the turning lights (thanks Tony). They sent it to me without any charge! Really great service, and the new relay works like a charm. Everything good, and I can really recommend LedPerf if you need LED replacements for your bike!!!

I was looking for LED replacement bulbs for my Peugeot Rifter to replace the halogen bulbs. Being a wee bit unsure if they would be any good as LED lights on new motors are usually an expensive option, but I thought I`d give them a try. I have to say I`m well impressed with the new lights from Ledperf, quality product that made a big difference and great service to boot, worth 5 stars.
