I have just made a purchase with LED Outfitters and I will deal with them again.
They sent me my complete order and always answered my phone calls and e-mails. They are very professional, did not charge much ,very reasonable prices. I Highly recommend them.

Incredibly poor customer service. Ordered a dash light only to find out a week and a half later it was on back order after I was given a shipping time frame of approximately 3 days. They told me it would ship by end of week. Middle of next week I called and received some rude and inappropriate customer service and told if I couldn’t be patient then they could just give me a refund or they could upgrade me light bars. Of course needing a light bar and already having paid I agreed to upgrade. Then recie ed light bar and had questions so I called once again and yup once again was treated horrible and was told if you’re not happy then just send it back and we’ll refund your money. Informed the guy I was displeased and wouldn’t be using them again and he said well that’s too bad isn’t it and just hung up.

Bought an almost 600 dollar light bar and they sent me one I didn't order. I bought light bar in aug of 2017 and have had nothing but burned out light after light. They sent me the element model which is apparently the upgraded model and told me they don't have the one I ordered. So far they have sent me replacement lights but this last time I had to email them 3 times which leads me to believe they are starting to ignore me.i can't even count how many lights have gone out on my light bar but for 600$ there shouldn't be any. Certainly not so many I've lost count. I put reviews on their web site but they won't post them. I wont buy from them again. I can't keep taking the time to wait on lights and change them. They told me it had a 5 yr warranty. What happens after 5 yrs? I throw the light out?

Just made my second purchase! The sale discounts are awesome. Great prices, and very high end lights. I have also had a issue with the cigarette switch on a visor bar, emailed the company got a responce the next day and a replacement in the mail in the next few days. No charge.

So far i made an order on the 10th of oct it was super easy and i was very happy it saus to wait up to 2 buisness days before i get a tracking order well its the 13th and still nothing i contacted them on the chat and they couldnt tell me anything other then their team would contct me shortly and that was it they ended the chat so im not impressed so far will update later

Worse customer service ever. I ordered a light ... they sent the wrong one. I returned it and have never received a refund or a light.

Had a slight oversite on my order, but it was quickly corrected and I was given an upgrade on my lightbar for the inconvenience. I will continue to deal with them in the future.

I ordered hideaway strobe lights from them on black Friday 2016, recieved on the following Monday missing 1 amber light. Called them and they shipped one out right away. Great customer service and will be buying from them again.

I ordered a pair of lights from this company and was delighted with how fast they came in the mail. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong light. I called and spoke with customer service and was told if I sent the lights back they would correct the order. I sent them back and heard nothing for a few weeks. After several phone calls and emails I finally received a return package... Wrong order again. I sent the lights back once again and fought for 6 months to receive a refund. The only reason I ever received a refund is because I finally filed a credit claim against the company. I was never reimbursed for shipping of either package.

As a volunteer firefighter I purchased a windshield strobe light from Led Outfitters for my POV. When the box finally arrived, I noticed that I recieved a cheaper unit that was in no way similar to what I had ordered. I contacted customer service, but they laughed and had claimed to have upgraded my order since they were out of the model that I ordered on the website. They also charged my card twice to which I had to go through the frustration of disputing charges with my bank and paying overdrafting fees. The company also refused pay return shipping charges that they promised to pay after returning the incorrect product I did not order. If you do any research on the Led Outfitters you can find that the company was since renamed to help disguise their poor performance and scams.
