Ordered LED ballast bypass bulbs. Tried to install one and tech got shocked. This install was performed by a tech that has been doing lighting maintenance for 10+ years. They would not stand behind their product and make it right. All they would say is they test them before shipping and they have sold 1000's and never had someone shocked.
This person has an online store called: ledlight.com It appears that this/his website is set up for committing fraud, and scamming people. I ordered an item and paid for it by credit card, and then he wouldn't respond to my numerous attempts by phone and emails and online ticket system at support.ledlight.com and tried to keep the money, without sending the order. I don't want this SCAM to happen to anyone else, so that is why I am reporting this person to you. I have proof if you need it? = (12 screen shots of everything that took place at his stores website) Thank you
