Very bad
Product I ordered has wrong description. Size shown was few mm less than in reality. Unfortunately, few mm are important when you work with furniture. It didn't fit in my case.
They said smth like "yeah, you need to have some extra space". It was NOT in the description. Despite that, they charged me for the return delivery!
Moreover, a return took 2 weeks (!) and they only issued a refund after a reminder mail.

The specified 610 mm refers to the length of the lamp itself. Protruding parts such as mounting clips or connections are not included in this measurement, which is standard for this type of product. As we were not contacted about the specific space requirements before the purchase, we had no opportunity to advise that additional clearance would be needed.
Since the product specification was not incorrect, the return was handled as a regular return with our standard return fee.
Regarding the refund, the return arrived during our summer holiday period and was awaiting inspection. When you contacted us, we confirmed that it had arrived and issued the refund immediately without waiting for our normal inspection, to avoid any further delay.
