Placed an order for the mars fc4000 tent kit and wow I'm impressed, any questions I had (and I had loads) James was quick to reply to my emails and assist me, had slight delays but that was DPDs fault because they "forgot" to pick up my parcel for transit and James was quick to make up for their mistake and sent me an oscillating mars hydro fan free of charge, can't recommend these guys enough seriously big up to the LEDGROWSTORE,, PS If you buy this kit to connect it to the app on smartphone download the mars pro app instead of the mars hydro one and the connection will show up, happy growing 👌

I ordered a fan and set of lights and no where on the site did it say limited or out of stock on the lights, the next day the lights were removed from my order and price was set to just the fan, However when reaching out to them as I had not had a reason as to why the lights were removed from my order I was told they are out of stock and would be refunded, Yep you read it right they charged me for the lights knowing full well they were not in stock and would not be delivered, I had to contact them again as no refund had been issued at the time. I did get my refund but they should have never charged me for the lights once they removed it from my order as well as should have updated the site to say out of stock.

all the staff was great, had to wait for the item to come back in stock but it was worth the wait, 5 stars

I rate it this because Both of the products work perfectly and they even send me a bonus suprise and as a bonus they upgraded my humidifier to the newest version

James went above and beyond to help me am very happy with my purchase would 💯 recommend this company

Been waiting over a week for my product too be delivered. Got told it was being delivered Thurday. It's now Tuesday and still not arrived
