DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER / KOOP NIET BIJ DEZE VERKOPER!

Horrible company. Bought a mini-washmachine with them and use it only once; return without any damage or dirtyness. They reject the return without any explanation, and after calling bol.com customer service multiple times they replied that my product was rejected because "damaged and dirty" which is not true. I provided evidence (video) that product was not damaged or dirty before I pack, while they did not send any evidence. They also marked my order on bol.com as "already returned to customer". Had to get through multiple calls with bol.com customer service over a month and still haven't received my money yet.
