Bought with confidence
Bought light bulbs previously from here, they are fairly priced deliver quickly and the bulbs are high quality and last for ages, so I come back with confidence

No customer service
I have payed for next day delivery, but have got my order delivered after 2-3 weeks. I thought it will never turn up. There was no response when I was trying to get in touch with customer service. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Will not buy from this company again
Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago, still not arrived, web site said despatched next day, I am not holding my breath that it will arrive.
Telephone number is not a valid number, company doesn't answer form on contact us page or emails to sales address.
Also during my wait the website was taken down, just got 403 forbidden error.

The nely purchased version has instruction which say unscrew, but this is not possible there must be some other secret to inserting the batteries.
