I love my Lectric XP4

I love my Lectric XP4. I wake up every day ready to get on and make my 6-mile commute to work. I show up (not sweaty) and energized for my day in the office. In the first two weeks of ownership, I have ridden 225 miles. Been a huge boost to mental health. I mainly ride in PAS3 (sport mode)at about 18-22 mph and always feel I have enough battery and power. I highly recommend this bike to anyone who wants to get into e-biking. At first, I wondered if e-biking was cheating and not really exercising. An MD. A friend of mine said, "That's ridiculous, you're out and moving your body way more than you would have without it." I do love bombing past the super serious cyclers with all the gear, and I'm in a pair of jeans with a 12 pack on the back rack. Ding! Ding! On your left!

I love your bikes so does my dad

I love your bikes so does my dad. We've bought five electric e-bikes over the last couple years. All of them from this brand and they've all been beautiful and dependable even though it's not suggested. In fact, they tell you not to take these bikes out in the heat and the sand and the water, but they are a ton of fun on the beach. It's almost worth buying a new bike for it.

Full charge battery with 102 current…

Full charge battery with 102 current miles lost full power 13 miles into a 28 mile ride. Had to Lyft home with bike $66. Very disappointed in this new bike. Have 5000 miles on a Himiway bike with no issues. Checked all connections and took battery out and back in with no response. Not happy with this new bike? Any suggestions as to battery issue and how to get this resolved?

Everything went great from purchasing…

Everything went great from purchasing the bikes to getting them. After having the bike's for a week and a half I had a couple issues but customer service took care of it. Customer service is awesome.

Bike company that can't even deliver pedals

We waited for new bike arrival. Put it together to find out the wrong pedals were provided, scratches in multiple places on frame and the fenders were twisted and bent preventing the tire to spin without scraping against them. Now after reporting this and waiting for pedals, touch up paint and fenders...Electric bike sends us the wrong pedals AGAIN....and they use USPS slow delivery!? Constructive criticism equals Overnight Deliver the correct equipment when it's reported to you!!! The bike just sits there waiting for pedals to even take it for a spin...!? Extremely poor reaction to a very poor first arrival...how many more weeks will you make us wait to finally be able to even ride this bike without pedals??? Do better!

Front fender was hard to put on

Front fender was hard to put on. Rears were easier but they too were not as simple as video shows. Had to go to hardware store and buy nuts to put headlight on front basket.

I ordered the xp4 750 step thru and it…

I ordered the xp4 750 step thru and it was everything it was advertised to be. The seat can be adjusted for a tall or short person. Was important to me as I'm 5'1 .Recieved within a few days after ordering and very minimal assembly was required. Was able to call and talk to someone prior to buying. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for a ebike.

Love the bike

Love the bike. However, it wouldn’t shift correctly right out of the box. It doesn’t stay in second gear at times which is frustrating. Spent quite a while on hold waiting for customer service and finally gave up. After a few days the bike started shifting correctly which was great. However today it started giving me problems staying in second gear again. Shouldn’t happen with a brand new bike and I don’t currently have the time to wait on hold for customer service to resolve the issue. Other than the shifting issue I am overall very happy with the bike. Very well constructed with lots of power and range.

The bike exceeded my expectations

The bike exceeded my expectations. I have an xp3 and it is a great bike but the xp4 that I got for my wife is a fantastic upgrade. It arived with slight cosmetic shipping damage and you promptly took care of it. Just the company service I expected great people to deal with and what a great product.

Designed for man not women.

Great bike but this is the ultimate dad’s mobile not the mom’s mobile like advertised. It’s extremely heavy if you have 60 pounds of kiddos in the back. It’s really hard to load the kids and release the kick stand. You guys need to improve the kick stand and taste it with a small woman like myself not with a guy. It’s absolutely impossible to release the kickstand with or without kids. This bike is designed for a big man not a woman. Otherwise the bike is great that now my husband uses.

We would love for you to be able to enjoy the bike as well, and we have a helpful tip for releasing the kickstand without needing to lift the heavy weight of the bike:

The "Roll-Forward" Method:
Stand next to the bike and place your foot firmly on the ground directly in front of the kickstand leg.

While keeping your foot there to act as a pivot point, simply roll the bike forward.

The kickstand will move back and retract on its own with no lifting required.

(We do recommend wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes when doing this to ensure you have a good grip and to protect your feet!)
