Best boot I've ever bought and I've bought a lot! amazing company to deal with very responsive and honoured the warranty no difficulty.
Well worth the cost.

I recently made the switch from Hunter to Le Chameau wellington boots. I’d been perfectly happy with my Hunters for years, right up until the side strap snapped and couldn’t be repaired. That pushed me to explore other options, and I came across Le Chameau. I’m so glad I did.
The difference is remarkable. The quality feels superior in every way. The colour is rich, the rubber beautifully flexible, and the interior lining is elegant designed. My feet measure 24 cm (size 38), but as I usually wear a 39, I chose that size. They fit well with a thicker sock. Interestingly, my left boot fits slightly better than the right despite both feet measuring the same, so that may come down to manufacturing variation. They feel a little loose on uneven terrain, and I might consider trying an extra or different insole, especially as the National Trust boot offers the removable insole option.
The Le Chameau website was informative, ordering was simple, and delivery was prompt. Packaging was secure and everything arrived quick and in perfect condition. Truly, the whole experience, from browsing to first wear, couldn’t have been better. Just a little disappointed - whilst checking the website again - to discover I am missing out on a free National Trust boot bag ;-)

These are great boots I’ve had 3 pairs and they all last over 2 years when other boots last me 6-9 months. They are comfy to wear and the Neoprene keeps your feet warm. Quick despatch fem Le Chameau too.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM LE CHAMEAU! “UPDATE” Le Chameau do not publish negative reviews left on their website-I’m not sure if this is legal but it is misleading customer satisfaction. This is their seventh one star review this year alone! Their two year manufacturers guarantee is a scam and they will come up with every excuse
to not refund faulty boots if they have been worn, which makes a two year warranty (which implies a quality product that you can trust) completely useless! Maybe the quality used to be better before they became so popular, and has since declined to keep up with demand, and I imagine their ‘implied’ warranty system has so many loop holes because so people complain about quality issues within the first two years. This is my second pair of boots, when I bought the first pair the website mentioned a 10 year guarantee which they are no longer advertised to have. The first pair split where the ankle bends whilst walking and let water in. They would not refund me. I stupidly thought it was a fluke so purchased this second pair which have completely faded to white in patches after just nine months and look a complete mess! They refuse to refund them, claiming that I must have done something to them despite me telling them that I hadn’t. My Mum also has a pair which she purchased shortly after my first pair, these have split terribly around the ankles and let water in. They would not refund these either. Save your money, I wish I had. Appalling customer service.

Website description was really helpful. My wife has narrow feet/ankles so wanted slimmer-fit wellies. That's exactly what she has got and she said they are the best wellies she has ever had. Order arrived in 3 days.

Excellent wellington boots although extremely difficult to put on and remove, even with a boot jack.

It was easy to order. Arrived quickly and on time. Unfortunately the calf area with trousers were a bit too tight so I asked a replacement with more calf space. Sending back and receiving the new one was easy and very quick.
Since then it’s brilliant to walk with my dog.

I initially ordered the wrong size and arranged for an exchange online. When following up with customer service, the lady was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received my new boots the next day!
This is my second pair of Le Chameau boots (1st pair lasted me for 7 years) and I would not buy another brand. They fit perfectly and are so light and comfortable, even when wearing for hours. Worth every penny.

I originally bought a pair that had a minor defect, but the customer service was excellent. They promptly refunded me with no hassle, which gave me the confidence to order another pair.
The representative who handled my case, Michelle, was outstanding. She was kind, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and overall an absolute star.
Honestly, these are some of the nicest Wellington boots I’ve ever owned. They are incredibly comfortable and perfect for my 1–2 hour dog walks, offering great support with no rubbing or discomfort.

One thing I would recommend is paying close attention to the lining you choose. Make sure it matches the seasons and weather you plan to wear them in, as this makes a big difference to overall comfort.

Overall, a quality pair of boots backed by truly excellent service.

I ordered a pair of Ladies Vierzon boots mid January. They arrived & all was good. However it became obvious that there was a very small leak in the right boot. I contacted customer service who asked for some photos to which I happily obliged. The lady I spoke to - Michelle Y- was incredibly helpful & offered to replace the leaking pair. I decided to go for the thermal pair - Vierzenord Neoprene - so a refund for the first pair was issued & I purchased the new pair with a 20% kind gesture discount & they were delivered the next day with a surprise small gift of some socks. Michelle also arranged collection of the leaking pair. I am delighted to say the boots are being worn, are comfy, warm & stylish & I can’t fault the service I received at all. Well worth the money & customer service I received was outstanding so thank you guys x

Really happy with Zoe from customer service department. Unfortunately there was an issue with my Boots although still in warranty period so I've emailed customer service to resolve it. Zoe was very responsive, always replying within an hour of contacting. She was very professional, helpful and informative. The issue got resolved quickly and without a fuss. Very happy with the experience.

Cleaned both pairs of Wellington’s at the end of the season. Used the rubber spray you supplied both pairs look like new. The oldest pair is at least 25 years old my newest is about 11 years old.

I am absolutely shocked at the helplessness of this company and the highly shocking quality of their products. After just 8 months of having my boots they had teared up the side on the ankle. I tried to go through the warranty and got denied as they claimed this was “general wear and tear of the boots.” I find this absolutely disgusting that a £200 pair of boots can be destroyed within 8 months and the company see this as no fault of their products and will take no responsibility whatsoever. Don’t bother buying their overpriced low quality boots. Absolutely disgusted in their customer service and products.

From placing my order for a pair of wellington boots I have been pleased with the speedy delivery and the quality of the boots. I have worn the boots on numerous occasions and found them very comfortable and the neoprene lining keeps my feet lovely and warm. Definitely well worth the money.
