THANK YOU FOR NOTHING.

Just had Praktishka or similar name hang up on me today ( 12/05/26 ) because I did not accept why they did not take my credit card payment due to Halifax changing from Mastercard to Visa ( not my fault ), a change of the 16 digit number.

We have 2 phones on separate plans and we were told we would have to start off a new plan for each as a renewal payment had not went through, it was in fact a monthly direct debit type payment.

However, when I went to make payment the default payment for the new card was showing on the Lebara website so why was I told to do this ?.

Also doing it separately means a sim card change of one of the numbers which is a nuisance when you have an established contact number.

When I stated that I should not have had to do a renewal in the first place the agent hung up.
