Deceptive. Will not center patch as advertised. Will not address concerns and kept 20% when I requested the order to be cancelled. Stay away.

Amazing customer service, fast shipping, nailed the design and hat quality.

I am so disappointed with the customer service at Leathering. I was so careful while ordering to be sure they knew exactly what I wanted, I even sent them a photo of a patch from one of their previous clients and asked how to order so that I could get the same leather & color. It took a week of emailing back & forth to finally place my order because I never got complete answers in their emails but I was assured that if I was not happy they would make it right. Now it's been a week of them sending we one line excuses and of course I can't get anyone to call me. So now I've paid over $200, it is not a bad product, just not the leather patch or color I asked for.

Scam! Charged for returns.

I have ordered from this company 3 times. 2 of my orders have had issues, and my replacement order that was supposed to solve my problems was also wrong. While the company has offered to replace the mistakes with new products, as a small business owner, I can't afford to be inspecting every single hat I order for issues, then waiting a month for replacements to arrive. I'll find a different company to work with that produces a quality product the first time.
