Awful customer service - buyer beware
Awful customer service. Emailed to cancel order but got no reply until after the order had been mailed, two days later. Then asked for a refund label to return the package and they said they'd get me one shortly. That was a week ago. I've followed up multiple times but no response. They have a chat function on their website but I've not been able to speak to anyone there even though I've tried a couple of times - i just get a potted message that they are away and links to their website. The company will only give a refund if you return it within 30 days of purchase so it's very frustrating (and shady) for the delay in someone getting back to me.
