Anum helped me greatly, simple advice delivered clearly & quickly -- this was after a couple of false starts with others.

There was a problem with my car almost as soon as I received it. I called Leasys and got through to fleet services who said they had no record of my car. In the end I booked the car into a local VW garage to have it checked. It burned out that the car was still in transport mode. I understand that it takes time for paperwork to catchup sometimes, but it would be nice to have a process in place for this eventuality. Other than that I had no issues.

I want to thank leasys and the team for their 3 years services. But most all Melissa, absolute asset to the company. She has been amazing and is the most professional and patient person I've come across.
Thank you

In 10 years of leasing dealing with Leasy's has been the most negative experience I have had in dealing with a lease company. Slow ,poor communication and will pursue every last penny they are due under the terms of the contract. This hasn't been my experience with other lease companies that have shown a degree of flexibility on returning the vehicle.

Similar to others on here, we handed back our car with only 8000 miles on the clock and mint condition, and they tried to charge me £635, which I challenged, for this company to take the money out my account without even a call to discuss the disagreement . Disgusting behaviour as they will make far more money on the sell in value of the car.

leased a car from them only to find after I handed back the car after the 3 year lease to get billed £900 for condition of car out with "fair wear and tear".
I'm in dispute on the costs at the moment

Contacted Leasys Customer Service to ask to return my Lease car early due to Chronic Disability in my Knees which started a year after i got my lease car 2 years ago from them. Provided them with a Doctors letter at their request proving what i said was true. I informed them that the Car is no longer driven and is just sitting on my drive, it is well under the allowed mileage due to this which obviously adds to the value of the car. Customer service have told me the Director is not willing to help in any way, i either have to keep paying for the car that sits on my drive or i can pay the termination fee in full. They have no interest in helping a customer with a disability who cannot drive their car anymore, the Director is only interested in getting the the most money out of me that he can. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a human who has proved he is physically and mentally unwell and can no longer drive the car.
Update to say they didnt resolve my Query and have no interest in helping a customer with a chronic disability that can no longer drive his car. I cant believe how poor their customer service is, just look at their other reviews.
Further they lie in the reply to say they will contact you to resolve the issue, they dont do that as can be seen by the majority of their reviews, for such a big company to have such poor reviews and the management having no wish to address the obvious problems is astounding.
I can continue to not be able to drive my car due to my disability and leasys continue to offer no help at all, avoid at all costs.
The reply below is as worthless as the company, look at their other reviews they are truly terrible.

We are now on our second car from Leasys, this time supplied by Research Garage in Nuneaton. We have been really impressed with Leasys on both occasions.
Paul Jones was our contact at Leasys and ensured the whole process ran smoothly, introducing us to Research Garage this time (who were also excellent as well as being dog friendly, which helped with our choice of car!) He was quick to answer any questions we had and followed up to make sure we were happy with the new car. A bonus was the car arrived sooner than expected.
There were no additional costs on returning the first vehicle, other than excess mileage, which we were already expecting. We'd kept the car in good order, serviced etc but it's always a worry that you may have missed something, but no problems at all.
We have personal plates and the process to swap was easy, thanks to the information provided by the contract team.
We also take our car abroad every year for our holiday and the process for this is very straightforward. We just pay a nominal amount for the relevant documentation and inform Leasys of the dates we'll be out of the country.
I was surprised at the low score others had given when I came to write this review, but our experience has been excellent and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Leasys, especially if Paul is your contact.

Update on previous review (Susan Meacock/Woolgar) still disputing return amount - today Leasys just took £1,208.81 from my account plus payment for me new card. No credits for serving I have now confirmed or the additional goodwill they offered earlier just full debit? they also say in these reviews they will contact they never just automated. Really had no idea this was common practice with them as had no problems when actually leasing my previous car. I never signed the return sheet and dispute everything shown

Returned car after 4 years less than 7000 miles and good repair. Appalled to be given invoice for just just under £1500 including service history and insurance repair not good enough. Queried 5 times and spoke to someone in operations today and they reduced bill to £500 as waving other charges. They were inflated and wrong? I am disputing still as feel I returned car in very good condition to dealership and the company collecting are just out to get as much money back on the car?

After receiving report with final costs for damage , and the car inspection signed of by the inspector as I disagreed with his findings .I refused to sign report ( not my signature) I received the report and a bill which I dispute . I have been challenging this but have had no response from Leasys on my concerns raised , only final demand to pay up . Shocking customer service towards an OAP. :

It is what it is, We've leased from a few companies/manufacturers now and yes, leasys/manheim were the most "festidious" when it came to the vehicle return. They took 20 minutes going over the car, couldn't really argue with the things they'd picked up, although one was borderline. What i will say though, the repair costs for the items weren't excessive, £65 for kerbed alloys, £55 for dents. The only charge i felt underhand was a £50 valet fee, didn't notice that till they'd gone! Otherwise I'd have mentioned it. Otherwise, pretty straightforward and no issues with the whole thing. Would happily have another car from leasys in the future.

After having a great car for the last 4 years. Horrified by the car inspection when we handed it back. Soiled! The car is in great condition. He claimed we had changed the bumpers and repainted them. They are the original bumpers no scuffs, never touched up. Also the Inspector claimed that the Fiat 500 comes with 2 remote locking keys. We had 2 keys but 1 a standard key. Guess what a massive charge. When I spoke to the dealer the 500 has never come with 2 remote locking keys! Luckily I have taken photos of the car! So appalled. Never again
