NEVER use LeasePlan - they will infer extra very high “hidden” costs in the end (ALDRIG BRUG LeasePlan!)
Although I am Danish, I write in English in the hope that this will reach a broader audience.
LeasePlan is as close to being a scam as you get. They cheat with huge bills (in our case 13, 000DKK) despite no marks on the car visible to the eye from a 1-meters distance. We were there for the inspection, when a probably 16-year old kid “found” all these mark on the car. He was clearly instructed to find just something.
But our car was in very good shape after having used it for three years. And despite us sending pictures of nothing being wrong with the car, they completely ignored this. They even ended up sending a bill with an additional cost of 1,000DKK “for late delivery”, although we delivered in time. When we wanted a new bill with the correct amount, they refused to send one. The next thing we heard was just that they threatened to send us to “inkasso”. We reached out again, and although they admitted this time that they had made an error, they still refused to send a correct bill. Again, we only heard threats of Inkasso. And finally, they even BLOCKED us so we couldn't make further requests of the 1,000DKK refund.
So generally, the “customer service” was extremely rude and very slow to respond. Judging by our experience- and what we can see from other comments in here - it seems like LeasePlan has “given up”.
So please NEVER use LeasePlan no matter how tempting their offer seems. They will run you over in the end as they have absolutely zero morale.

First of all, nice that you wanted to answer here, although you ignored some of the comments. But would be even greater if you also answered our mail and not blocked us.
Regarding your point, we have asked for clarification on the “damages”. No answer given after numerous requests. Your reference to the standard guide is useless. The guide does not say that microscopic, non-visible, damages should be charged.
In short, your reply is completely useless, and quite frankly, a big provocation. The little correspondence we have had with you has been very hostile with you sending passive aggressive messages and emojis.
To the rest of you in here, don’t listen to a word LeasePlan says. If you are already a customer, you should consider external council.
